Watch Bald Eagles fly from the charming Victorian wraparound porch, canoe and fish in the pristine Delaware River, hike in the Minisink Battlefield and enjoy nearby golfing, skiing, the renowned Woodlach spa, the Mighty M Gaming and Casino at Monticello Raceway and
the new Bethel Woods Art Center.
The Yard is awesome. Plenty of spaces for kids and adults to enjoy!

The yard is yours to enjoy. Just remember there are neighbors. Not too close, but screaming and yelling late in the night might annoy them.
The garage is off limits.

Welcome to our home!
Here are some guidelines we ask that you follow:
Garage – It is locked and off limits to guests.
Heat / Fans – When your stay is complete please turn down the thermometer in the dining room to 50 degrees.
- Make sure the electric baseboards/fans/AC units are turned off. ( some rooms have their own controls.)
Linens – Please leave towels in the bathroom off the kitchen.
Grounds – Keep cars off grass, there are septic tanks in various places in the yard.
Garbage – Please dispose of your garbage in the recycle can and a trash can at the bottom of the driveway.
Internet - Open Access
Cell Service is non existent.
Flat Screen TV in the living room.
Charcoal grill -Outside and away from the porch.
Neighbors - They are closer than you might think. Please be considerate when enjoying the grounds. (i.e. loud noises, late at night.)
Fire Pit - If you use the fire pit in the field out back, please make sure fire is out before leaving.
Lounge chairs are in the front door of the shed.
The shed is the white structure, which can be seen out the kitchen window, next to the old outhouse.
No Climbing on the roof.
NO FIREWORKS PLEASE - They are illegal in New York and the neighbors WILL call the police.
The nearest Hospital is in Port Jervis, 20 miles south, straight down Route 97.
