Unfortunately, we, as hosts, cannot control other residents who are "less than respectful", nor can we control the building's maintenance as a whole (as we do not own the building). The building was never advertised as new, and, as listed, everything inside the unit you stayed in was new. Every new booking immediately receives a message with basic instructions to include 2 phone numbers (aside from my number). I was contacted on the 6th day of your stay regarding the parking so, as your host, I never was aware you were in need of parking before that time. As you stated, I informed you of a parking spot to park in that was reserved. Had I been contacted before this, parking would have been resolved prior and without the building management's involvement and the threat of being towed. As stated earlier in this reply, the building/building management have no affiliation with Airbnb or our listing.
