Hello Mr Struan! We are glad that you choose our place to host you when you experienced an overbooking to other hosts. We informed you that our staff already left in the condominium because normally we do accepted the bookings earlier than your confirm booking at 7:30 PM. However, you are in a very urgent situation so we would be happy to help you. We do really apologize for keep you waiting in the lobby while our staff was going back to the Gramercy Residences immediately, but there is always a heavy traffic around Makati City especially between 7-8pm rush hour. For every check in of our guests we also explain and show our room from furniture up to freebies we gave. We do also have guideline papers inside the room so you will be properly guided in our unit and in the condominium. However, you had to go outside first before we can assist you inside the room, which may caused some detailed info missing. Some details are really not perfect, because we normally don’t accept booking after 10 am on same day. We didn’t check the preparation of the unit yet before u confirmed this order. We hope you can understand and we are looking forward to host you again, but you must book earlier so we can prepare everything for you especially the access card for using amenities.
