Hi mam. Thank you for your feedback. Although the Pool and Parking Policy was sent to your airbnb account since sept. 9 po. I assume po na nabasa nyo na po yung policy ni La Bella, sept.22 po yung check in day nyo po. Regarding po sa sa checkout. Kaya po kami may caretaker para sya po tawagan nyo since sila po yung malapit sa La Bella at hindi po yung unit owner na from Bacoor pa at may work din po nung time na yun. You were instructed by our caretaker at least 30 mins before the checkout. Hindi po in house caretaker po namin para anytime you wished to checkout nasa lobby na po sya. For the cost po ng per night po namin. We are different from La Bella Hotel po. Minimum po nila is P5,000 po depende sa dami ng booking nila. May Additional pa po na P1,000 to P2,000 for the use of Jacuzzi. Mas mura na po yung charge namin compare sa hotel po. You can just inquire directly sa La Bella Hotel in case gusto nyo pong magavail ng Jacuzzi Or icompare rates po namin sa kanila. For the pool po all condo po is may charge na. Mas mahal pa po yung iba. P100 lang po yung charge ng po sa La Bella. We don’t include na po sa rate yung pool since hindi naman po lahat gumagamit ng amenities. There are also different rates in Residences but i can assure you na fully booked na sila hanggang November. We don’t compete with other unit owners po pagdating sa rates because it is not about business. Since family used lang po ang unit. Thank you po ulit sa feedback nyo po. Thank you mam for your feedback. We hope next time you will give contact number that will be contacted anytime thru text or call. We tried to update on the day of your check in date and in your airbnb account 5 hours before you check in time. No reply or confirmation. We already adjusted the check in time for you. We also need your cooperation/feedback. You didn’t cancel the reservation but we cannot contact you. Your payment was already deposited on your account. This is the first time we encounter miscommunication/problem in our Guest. This will not happened if your line/ number was correct or reachable. Thank you for your response. This will be noted.
