This easterly apartment has beautiful morning sunrises and full moons with views of the beach, Varadero Bay and La Verde island, through to the mountains in Batangas Province. SPECTACULAR
All windows are are built from steel french design, some with insect screens. The external doors have attached screen doors and are made from solid hard wood which are secured by deadlocks. SAFE!
Fully furnished with basic necessities, the bedroom has a queen bed, cabinet with drawers and hanging space. Cable TV and electric fan. An air conditioner (rarely needed), can cool the room slightly in those warm months. This bedroom is spacious, very quiet and private. ROMANTIC
The downstairs large living room / kitchen is quiet with fresh sea breeze flows through to keep the room cool. Included is a lounge suite with coffee table, cable TV and of course covered by free wifi internet signal. A dining table with seating for 4 persons offers views over the deck and beach for those morning breakfasts. COMFORTABLE
Incorporated with the living / dining is a kitchen, complete with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for 4 persons. Kitchen cabinet doors are made from aluminum mesh for aeration and keep the contents fresh. A medium refrigerator/freezer, gas bottle with dual burner stove and wall fan make this kitchenette easy to navigate and a dream to prepare meals. COMPLETE
Bathroom connected to the living / dining / kitchen has continuous fresh, clear mountain water flow from a storage water tank with an instant electric hot water unit. The clean flushing toilet and hand basin connects to an external septic tank. CLEAN
Externally, there is electric lighting all round and electric 220 volt sockets. Stairs traverse from the 3rd floor level road to the second floor bedroom / terrace and down to the first (ground) floor deck, then beach. The stairs are quite steep and quite difficult to manage for elderly, handicapped and children under 8 years. ACCESSIBLE
This apartment is a "mirror", side by side from our "Green" apartment on both levels and divided by solid concrete walls for privacy. PRIVATE
