AIRbnb staff checked all details, and did not find wrong from host side.
I do not recommend this customer to other hosts.
Airbnb message history shows I instructed this customer to either call or send text message upon arriving at the gate. My phone log also shows successfully sent text message to customer and a call attempt to the customer, as there was the dial tone heard, it means customer has the unanswered call in her phone log. My phone log does not show any text messages or call attempts received from the customer at any time (screen capture pictures of the phone logs can be provided if needed). Airbnb provides the host phone number which is verified. In addition I walked back to the apartment at 19:50 from nearby shop and did not see anyone outside the gate or in the courtyard, we have the shop receipt that shows the time and location. Message log also shows correct gate code was given.
After the booking I did not get any communications from the customer in 4.5 hours, but I sent them Airbnb messages, text message and called - the call was not answered.
This customer mentioned incorrect booking price and distance to the apartment as well .
