This stylish one bedroom apartment is in the heart of East Melbourne at the Richmond end of George Street Street - you're surrounded by stately mansions, beautiful terrace houses and stunning apartments. The apartment is mere minutes from Melbourne's CBD and major attractions. It's ideal for professionals working in the city or at one of the nearby hospitals, or those coming to Melbourne for special events... and it's all yours.

The apartment has a new kitchen, including stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster and other conveniences. You'll find all cooking utensils, a dinner setting and cutlery.

The living room is spacious with huge windows offering loads of natural light. The comfy sofa sits near the big screen plasma TV. The large bed is located in the bedroom along with ample clothing storage space. Heating is provided for your comfort (please note: fair use policy applies).

In the bathroom you'll find the vanity, shower and toilet. There's also an ironing board and iron. You'll love the big, white, soft and fluffy towels!

If parking is required, we can provide you with a street parking permit which let's you park all day, everyday. Broadband wifi is included at no extra cost (Use of illegal peer-to-peer or torrent download services is specifically prohibited). All utilities are included (fair-use policy applies to electricity so please don't run heating 7x24). Servicing (clean, change linen, fresh towels) is available on-request (extra charge) either once or twice per week. Please note this apartment is a secure (keyed access to property), second floor apartment (ie. up two levels).

(1) We try to avoid gaps in our calendar. This means we can't always accept short bookings more than a few weeks in advance unless they follow-on from an existing booking or fill an otherwise vacant block. Check the calendar, and feel free to reach out with your requirements. We'll advise the best rate possible.

(2) Electricity, gas, water and internet broadband are included in the rate BUT SUBJECT TO FAIR USE by the guest. Electricity usage in excess of 14.5 kWh per day will incur an extra charge at the rate of AUD0.26 per kWh. Sufficient broadband is provided for normal usage (email, surfing, youtube, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) etc) but data-intensive use may result in the internet speed being shaped. Use of illegal peer-to-peer or torrent download services is specifically prohibited.

(4) The apartment will be spotlessly clean when you move in. As a courtesy to the next guest, we appreciate your assistance in keeping the apartment clean and tidy.

(5) Please do NOT use towels or bed linen to remove make-up or buff your shoes. We acknowledge some guests do this with their own towels/linen, but we like to provide sparkling white towels/linen and it takes a LOT of cleaning effort to remove make-up, shoe polish and other stains. If towels/linen are stained in this way, we reserve the right to make a security deposit claim covering professional cleaning or the replacement cost.

Haydn was a great host. He was extremely responsive to email queries and assisted us by giving us the most suitable accommodation for our needs. His apartment is in beautiful East Melbourne where you will find wonderful architecture, tree lined streets, parks and gardens and easy access to the city by 2 tram routes. If you have a car, the Victoria Gardens shopping centre is very handy. IKEA, Coles, KMart, Toscano's for great fruit and veggies, a movie theatre and many more speciality shops. For quick shopping, The East Melbourne General Store in Hotham St is handy place to buy groceries and alcohol or a nice place to have a pastry and a coffee. There is also a 7 Eleven in Wellington Pde, plus restaurants, coffee shops and a couple of wine bars. Fabulous location! The apartment is accurately described. It has been well renovated and has heaps of storage space. The bedroom is small, but I would prefer to keep the queen size bed rather than have more space! Overall, a very happy experience. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a really lovely stay in Haydn's place. It was the perfect size for a couple and great location. Just outside the hustle and bustle, but a quick walk into the CBD. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook at home and it also came with parking! Haydn did a really great job at making sure we were comfortable.

Absolutely loved staying at Hadyn's place. I don't understand the review about it being dark - the kitchen and bedroom face east and get lovely morning light, and the living area gets dappled sunlight as it faces slightly north. We didn't put the blinds down in the day though as people only really walked past in the morning and evening. The apartment is very well equipped and we had a very comfortable 2 week stay. They were also very accommodating when we left in a rush and left some belongings there!

Haydn's apartment was very clean and very well equipped. Included free wifi, kitchen utensils, basic ingredients, microwave, stove and oven. Included free onsite parking and a washing machine, and overall could not ask for a better location or better apartment. Haydn was also able to extend our stay when we requested so definitely great communication and would highly recommend!

Haydn was a great host. Communication with him was smooth. He was extremely helpful and was on hand to help us out if we needed it. The apartment was perfect. It was close to the cbd to the point you can walk. There's a beautiful park nearby to enjoy a picnic or early morning run. The apartment had all the amenities you need. Definitely recommend this place to stay in Melbourne

The apartment was clean and self sufficient. The location is perfect, within walking distance to tram stops and the Jolimont train station. The beautiful Fitzroy Gardens is just a short walk away. We had a great stay!
