My girlfriend and I stayed at this apartment for about eight nights this August. We had a mixed experience with the apartment itself, but we found Neta + Eden to be friendly, reasonable, and accommodating.
Our stay, unfortunately, was a comedy of errors. It began well -- Neta's mother met us at the apartment because Neta + Eden were away traveling, and she gave us a kind and thorough tour.
However, we soon realized that the apartment wasn't as attractive as we had imagined; it didn't exactly live up to its photos. The living room wasn't as spacious, the lighting wasn't as warm/flattering (especially the fluorescent ceiling bulbs in the kitchen), the hammock wasn't comfortable (and even awkward!), and the space wasn't nearly as airy, inspiring, or calm as we had imagined. That said, the apartment was clean and well-kept.
On our second day, the apartment hall light burnt out, but Neta followed up quickly and offered to reimburse us if we purchased a replacement bulb during our stay -- very professional. On the next two days, though, we didn't have running water at all in the apartment, so we couldn't shower, wash dishes, do laundry, refill drinking water, etc. We messaged Neta, and she did everything she could to make the situation better (call the water company, etc.); we later found out that a city water pipe exploded next to the building. Soon after, my girlfriend and I realized that we needed to stay an extra day in Tel Aviv. Neta + Eden were very accommodating with this request, and even gave us a discount (due to the inconvenience from the lack of running water).
Overall: although the apartment itself wasn't ideal, we found Neta + Eden to be professional, reasonable, and kind.
