No AirBnB Host whose property has consistently earned 5-star ratings, and has invested in expensive appliances (SubZero; Wolf; Bosch), comfortable furnishings and special amenities welcomes a guest like you who agrees by telephone with the house manager to abide by and then purposefully violates every house rule: permits more than 30 overnight guests, (where 10 were authorized and paid for); gave a rager party where there were more than 10 gallons of hard liquor and over 300 beer cans left strewn about); where physical and photographic evidence of smoking, cigarette butts and lighters, and cocaine use was apparent; where you permitted unauthorized persons access to private spaces in the house where more than 80 extra towels, and 8 sets of extra linen were used; where there where flies and dirty dishes in the sink as well as under the beds.
Your abusive use of the property required a cleaning crew of two people more than 4 days to restore the house to the pristine condition in which it was given to you.
Additionally, your demand to extend your stay beyond the stated 12 noon checkout time, to compensate for your arrival 6 hours late was not granted especially in light of the terrible condition the house was in as observed by the property manager at check out.
As a Host, I employ a property manager whose job it is to ensure that guests enjoy every aspect of their stay while respecting the rules and the property.
While you presented yourself as a COO of a tech company who wanted a quiet weekend with friends your destructive behavior, and duplicitous and dishonest representation of your true intentions for the weekend disqualify you as a credible guest, nullify your opinion, and betrays the essential trust and respect between Hosts and their Guests in the AirBnB community.
