Thanks for your response Brittany. Although you only contacted me through Airbnb, which I initially stated to please contact my personal phone number due to the so many Airbnb messages I get a day. I have sent over the screen shots to Airbnb in regards to all of our communication I had between your party and me. These are vacation homes owned by individuals, we only cater the necessities. We don't include food items in our homes due to the liability of bad sanitation. The home never listed that the kitchen was "fully loaded", We stated it was supplied with essentials. The check out procedures don't say anything about the guest cleaning extensively, just enough so that ants don't show up...but in that same regulation book you read, it also clearly states we are not responsible for any lost items in the home after check out, although we do try our best to retrieve back any personal items back to the guest.
