Mr. Munir is upset because he booked ONE room. His party was FIVE people and they wanted to stay in one room. When he was told a double room can only accommodate two people he became quite agitated. He was given an additional room at a 30% discount but nothing could satisfy him on this account.
Our humble suggestion is that no where in any hotel/house/guesthouse can you host five people in a double room.
Just want to say we wish he had complained about all the things he mentioned while staying there. We have daily housekeeping services, have never had a security issue and have a very courteous staff. No one has ever come close to neither the nature nor intensity of complaints as felt by Mr. Munir.
It is quite strange that he remembered all the alleged faults only after leaving.
Regardless we apologize and hope he can visit again so we can give him a better visit.
