1. The facility was listed as Luxury Basement Apartment and not Private Apartment. However, it was private in all ramification cos you had the whole basement to yourself.
2. The checking instructions clearly mention a basement entrance and the listing has photos of the entrance & SmartCode with complete details. Am not sure what type of lock would have been more appropriate.
3. The facility was listed Not suitable for pets and we do not own (Website hidden by Airbnb) would be unlikely to find pet hairs in the home. However, we would have been delighted to resolve any of these issues if you had mentioned it as requested on the checking instruction.
4. The checking instruction as posted above request that you report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours to us. Besides, you confirmed that "We were also very happy with the fact that Jenny was available to contact during anytime of our stay." We would have been able to validate these concerns and resolved them for you promptly.
