Our agent took you up to apartment and your guy had checked it and said fine and no issue of cleaning. Now, you complained the cleaning issue after you checkout. First of all, we need to specify that you have booked our apartments through Air B&B for 2 adults and 3 kids. There are few spare bed linens blankets and pillows in wardrobe. All beds were checked thoroughly by our manager prior to every guest check in and no broken slats have been reported. Overall, there should be enough beds for you to sleep on except you brought your uncle auntie stay with you. What we have discovered is that there were at least 7-8 people staying in our apartment during your booking. This was actually in breach of our terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions did specify that the number of guests requested at time of booking should match the actual number of guests checked in. It is against the Q1 Strata Management Agreement and our Insurance policy to have the guest numbers exceed the booking request. We do hope you understand there are very strict legal requirement that we as owners need to comply with that Strata Management and the Public Liability Insurance Policy. We held accountability for the safety of our guests during their stay in our apartment and we need to ensure everyone in our apartment is fully covered by the Public Liability (Website hidden by Airbnb) is very dangerous if any of the guests suffered any injury during their stay without any insurance cover. We strive to luxury and comfortable accommodation, while at the same time, provide the best value for money to our guests, so that they can enjoy the convenience location, beautiful ocean view, and all the facilities of Q1 building without the costly price tag that the Q1 hotel/ resort is charging. And all apartments in the Q1 building need to comply with the same Strata Agreement. We never charged you $180 for cleaning fee what you said in here. this is total lying..
You should go down Q1 reception and ask them how much they will charge per night. We can tell you that they will charge you at least $320 per night sleep for 4 and plus $50 extra person per night. so what do you complained about? you paid us less than $20 0 per night.
For the Q1 facilities issues, you should complain to Q1 management if you have gut in that time but you did not. We can not control Q1 facilities this is not our problem. Why did you talk to Q1 staff if you see some thing instead writing some bullshit untrue story in here.
For the Power points matter, There are 3 power points in bedrooms and 3 power points in living room, We don't know how come you did not see it except you did not wear reading glasses. For the electrocuted by the spark issue, We never have any issue or complained about it. Our maintenance went there and checked it and it has nothing wrong. you must be used the rubbish cheap brand to charge your mobile and it make it spark, this is your personal belong item so don't blame on some one.
Also, Some one complained about your kids make noise all times and disrupted next doors. You let your kids jump up and down in our beds and sofa but you did not asked them to stop doing it. We should charged you maintenance fee because your kids make our beds were broken then our maintenance guy need to turn up fixed for you after you checkout. We found out missing 2 baths towels without authority and left all dirty used dish, bowls, (Website hidden by Airbnb) the sink when you checkout and left the apartment keys on table without inform us. Those behavior unacceptable and unwelcome that kind of guest come back stay with us again. Good luck for your next time.
