This guest noted as private feedback attached to their one word review, that this was the “worst place ever.” They were a no show, they never even completed their stay. Their review is entirely unrelated to the actual room itself.
“Dion” had made a booking that day, and unfortunately, since it was unusually busy, a second reservation was received for that very evening. Guest was simply asked if they require the king bed, or if they would accept a second accommodation such as a mattress or couch. They rather upset demanded the bed, which of course was fair, and asked if “this is legit” as if my listing is not sincere and simply because of a question they were asked.
Since they believed this room was illegitimate, they did not arrive to the location or surrounding areas to stay. Guest was a no show, despite having paid.
Guest mentioned not having slept in days, that does not justify having an attitude toward host(s) trying to help especially when their struggles are not our fault.
As previously stated, “Dion” and another guest were booked to spend the evening that day. The second guest did manage to stay without any issue.
