This is a nice property made of 2 small houses, one has a queen bed, a well-equipped kitchen, dining room area and indoor sink, toilet and shower. The other one has 2 small beds, indoor sink, storage space, and outdoor toilet and shower. A water pump is located in the second casita and is a little loud when someone is using the water (and silent when nobody is using the water). But this is not a problem as long as nobody flushes the toilet in the middle of the nigh. And thanks to this pump, water pressure is very good.
The property is right on the beach, 15 feet or so higher than the sea level. This is very nice for water activities such as kitesurfing and SUP. The shore in front of the property is a little rocky at low tide so it might not be ideal for beginner kitesurfers, but it should not be a problem for the others. At high tide, rocks are covered by 2 feet of water. The closest rock-free beach is just 500 feet north of the property.
The space between the 2 casitas is very nice with a tree, and nice outdoor lightings.
The property is well maintained because a local management property is taking care of it.
The host, Gary, is very responsive and communication with the host is a delight.
This house is good for 3 or 4 people (2 or 3 parties).
A vehicle is not completely necessary, since the best grocery in town is just 5 minutes walk, but it'll makes things easier because most restaurants, bars and cafes are 1 or 2 miles away.
I would definitely go there again.
