Dear Charlie, this is Andrea. I’m really surprised about your feedback, especially since we never spoke in person but only through messages on Airbnb. I’m not a rude person and have no reason to be with my guests. You asked me for a long term contract of one year and I told you I was NOT interested. You insisted, a bit too much actually, and asked to pay €500 per month for one year and I explained you that this was a price out of the market and suggested you, completely out of interest because, again, I was NOT interested in a long term agreement whatsoever, to go through agencies rather than Airbnb which is for short term stays, like everyone knows. Additionally as very first guest you enjoyed a 20% discount plus 15% for staying more than 2 weeks. I also explained you to not base your idea of rent on what you paid to me because that was a one time super deal. Now if I was rude because I was straight honest and sincerely tried to help you out, then either you tried to play cheeky or really don’t know a thing about the rental market in the Center of Florence. Either way I’ve never been rude to you and it’s all written black on white on Airbnb and you should really rethink your words.
This is a feedback that has nothing to do with the apartment and your stay, I’ve been very welcoming and checked on you for the whole stay, even though you never replied my messages after your arrival. I’m very disappointed of your behaviour.
