If you do not have your own transport, then Firs Cottage is not a suitable place for you to book. I do not accept guests who need to travel by train as reaching my home then becomes too difficult. Firs Cottage is my home, I have 3 bedrooms which are warm & comfortable, homely and welcoming. Please tell me if you want the super king bed! Breakfast is cooked freshly for you, jams, marmalades and bread all home made in the traditional manner. The views are stunning and my garden is lovely!
I have 3 bedrooms available, room one has a normal double and a single bed, room two has a twin or super king bed and room three has 2 single beds.
Firs Cottage is old, built about 1650 so there are thick stone walls and other features.
My reviews are full of comments about 'home from home' and excellent breakfasts. My bread, jams and marmalades are all home made, by me!
I have plenty of parking by the cottage.
Zugang für Gäste
Firs Cottage has 2 reception rooms each with a tv, there are plenty of books about the area and a lovely garden. The swing seat on the patio is for you to try out! Wifi reception is good downstairs but varies upstairs because of the thick stone walls. It is of course, provided free of charge.
