on the Premises with their consent to conduct themselves, in a manner that does not unreasonably
disturb his neighbors or constitute a breach of the peace. Tenants shall not make or permit any
disturbing noises in the building by a tenant or tenant's family, employees, agents, visitors or
licensees, nor do or permit any thing by such persons that will interfere with the rights, comforts
or convenience of other residents. Residents shall not play or allow to be played, any musical
instrument or operate audio-visual equipment in the demised premises, or on the exterior of said
premises, if disturbs or annoys other occupants of the building.
DRUG-FREE HOUSING:
Drug-related criminal activity will not be tolerated on or near the property, whether on the part of
the tenant, any member of the household, any guest or any other person. Acts of violence or
threats of violence, including but not limited to, brandishing weapons or the unlawful discharge
of firearms, on or near the property will not be tolerated. The parties agree that violation of any or
all of these provisions shall be a material violation of the lease and will be cause for immediate
termination of the lease.

Lovely flat in Southwest London! We rented the 2 bedroom flat and it was great to have a separate master suite upstairs and the other bedroom/living/kitchen areas below - was there for 10 days w/ family so it was a great arrangement for us! There are a LOT of stairs in the flat (which is common for the area) so it was a little challenging w/ lots of luggage & tired feet! Lena & Eddy were great hosts and even stopped by to make sure everything was working properly and resolved the couple of issues we had immediately.

The apartment was excellent: good size and wonderful location. Everything worked as advertised - TV, WIFI, Cooker, Washing machine etc. Some sprucing up is required though - the wall paper in the living room and bedroom needs to be fixed and the carpets need either a good cleaning or replacing. This was not a problem though and we understand that this is normal ware and tare in any rented accommodation. When we arrived we discovered that the pots and pans had been badly treated and needed to be replaced. We called the owners and they immediately agreed for us to go out and get replacements at their expense. Altogether an excellent experience which we would recommend to our friends.

This was a perfect place to stay for two couples. We came to see Wimbledon tennis and were glad we picked this place to stay in. It was also close to everywhere we needed to go. If we came back, we would definitely look into renting it again.

Very nice house in a quiet neighbourhood. Very spacious inside, well equipped as well. The house is very close to Colliers Wood Station and in comfortable walking distance to Tooting Broadway Station. I would definitely come back!

It is a really nice place to stay. Enough space. I was worried going into London about space. It was clean and well kept. It had everything from plates to washing machine. It is very close to the tube as well. Highly recommend the place. The host was very help full and friendly.
