The apartment is great, there was a mold smell through out the building and thin walls (you can hear the neighbors argue every day). David was great to arrange my check-in, and I definitely enjoyed my time in Valencia. It’s a bit far from the central area, but the walk was enjoyable. Definitely would stay again! Thanks David for everything!

Dear Guest. Standard modern Spanish construction I'm afraid! Despite my apartment party walls having been sound insulated. A neighbouring family might be little annoying mid-morning when the apartment windows overlooking the internal patio are open. Fortunately when they are closed your generally quite unaware of their petty outbursts - The Building administrators are aware but there's very little they can do. One of their adult children is a trifle unwell. I'm not aware of any mould smell in the building, however at the time of your stay with a mixture of usual Summer temps coupled with very high humidity plus heavy rains - naturally buildings will draw local ambient conditions. Glad you had a great stay. Best David.

Very nice, comfortable and spacious flat with all amenities nearby. The area is nice and quiet and at a very short distance from the Old Town and the underground. We will come back soon, if at all possible. Very good, caring host.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement confortable, idéalement situé pour visiter la vieille ville de Valence et partir à la plage en très peu de temps. A proximité des commerces, très bien équipé, très propre. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. David nous a très bien accueilli. Il nous a donné de nombreuses indications utiles pour notre séjour et est très réactif et arrangeant en cas de besoin. Nous avons apprécié sa gentillesse et ses conseils. N'hésitez pas à le contacter si vous souhaiter passer un bon séjour dans cette magnifique ville.

Fantastic host. Very helpful and accomodating. Apartment was clean, tidy and well presented. There's a lovely little bar called Ebocaito Tapas Bar downstairs. The barman Valentine spoke perfect english and was quite happy to call a taxi. We found it difficult to hail them in this part of town. We couldn't really figure out the trams so relied on taxis which were cheap once u out could find one.
