This designer, 4th floor, 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment is sure to impress. 400 mtrs to beach and surrounded by cafes, restaurants and shops. 15 mins by tram to CBD and 20 mins drive to airport. Full kitchen and laundry, secure entrance and parking.

Combing the best of holiday luxury; being only a short walk from the beach and running track, to being surrounded by amazing cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and gymnasiums. There is a minimum 5 night stay on this apartment but if necessary we can negotiate. Second bedroom is either 2 singles or can be made up as a King bed if requested. Comfortably fits 4 but extra mattress and bedding or baby cot can be supplied at an agreed extra cost.

The apartment is fully accessed by lifts or stairwells if preferred. There is a communal meeting area at both front and rear entrances and also a large outdoor area. Rubbish chutes and recycling areas on all levels.

We are happy to interact with our guests as much as they need, to assure they are comfortable and happy with the arrangements. We also aim to personally meet all guests when they arrive.

We (2 adults, 2 kids) enjoyed a great stay in Port Melbourne at Pam's place. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and comfy and the view of the city was enjoyable at all times of the day. The location was also excellent. I'd never stayed in Port Melbourne before, but I will be again. Pam's apartment was right in the mix of things - with coffee shops, restaurants and a Coles all in walking distance. Also a 2 min walk away is the beach and there is a beautiful walk either to St Kilda or towards the Port. The tram to the city is just around the corner and we hired a car and took advantage of the free secure parking. All in all a great stay. We had a lovely welcome from Pam and it was nice to stay in a place that supplied all the little things essential for an easy stay. Look forward to returning...!

A lovely modern apartment with amazing views to Melbourne skyline. Very comfortable beds, furnished well and welcome gifts of wine, chocs and fruit. Excellent communication. Loved being close to the bay and a short team ride to the city. Highly recommended.

Excellent spot. Pictures are accurate and the view is lovely. Pam is an excellent host. Apartment has everything you could want and the shops and eateries are straight outside the front door. Parking is easy and the roads are very well signposted to get in and out of the city. Public transport is excellent. Rent-a-bike is just over the road. I would highly recommend it.

This is a really lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and location was great. Pam was very easy to get in touch with and very helpful, I thoroughly recommend staying here.

Pam was a great host. We had no problems. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and two blocks to the foreshore. The Bay Street neighborhood is very lively. Public transport is good. We preferred the bus to go into town, rather than the 109 tram. The A/C on the bus worked. The same can't be said for the tram.

We stayed in Pam's beautiful apartment for 6 nights. Pam took the time to greet us when we arrived. Her communication prior to and during our stay was fantastic. The apartment was lovely, very clean and exactly as per the photos. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is centrally located in Port Melbourne on the main street and is very close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. We would highly recommend Pam's apartment and would love to stay there again ourselves when we return to Port Melbourne.

We had a great stay in Pam's apartment. Pam is an excellent host and the apartment was 10/10 with a great view, and with a short distance to the beach and just a few tram stops into the city. Our stay couldn't been better! The beds very especially good!
