A Summer let for 2: S.C.1 bed flat in character house. Charming village of Harbledown 15 mins. walk from Canterbury centre. Lge dble bedroom, en suite. Lge sitting/dining room with fridge, kettle, microwave. We provide breakfast essentials and we collect and return washing up late morning.
This is a non-smoking house and we prefer not to have pets in the part that we are letting out. We assume there will be mutual respect between ourselves and our guests and we want to enjoy sharing our house, which took us many years to convert and make into a comfortable home.

I worked in the University of Kent Counselling Service, now retired, and am now writing about counselling instead. My husband, Chris and I enjoy travelling and walking in beautiful places, especially in the French Pyrenees. I think airbnb is a great idea and gives people a chance to experience staying in homes rather than hotels and gives hosts a chance to meet people from far and wide. I enjoy singing in a world music choir; creative writing, listening to poetry and being part of a writing group here in Canterbury called S@ve As. We took many years renovating this old Coach House and it is a pleasure to host people here in this beautiful medieval village of Harbledown on the outskirts of Canterbury in this 'Garden of England' county.
