Casa Rural Ubeda is ideal for all types of holidaymakers, for those who wish to get away from it all and relax by the pool enjoying precious time with friends and family, for those who wish to celebrate special occasions and for the more energetic who wish to partake in their sport or hobby in some of the most beautiful countryside in Spain.
Casa Rural Ubeda can be reserved for Self Catering Accommodation for different size groups up to a maximum of 17, ideal for family get-togethers, birthday celebrations, hen and stag parties and other special occasions
Accommodation is provided in beautiful uniquely decorated double or triple en-suite bedrooms
Check in time is flexible and we can accommodate late and early arrivals and departures and arrange airport pick up and hire car if required
All rooms are Non Smoking although we do allow it in the gardens and bar areas

We try to keep the rules to a minimum, but experience has shown that is a need for certain rules to be imposed so the following rules apply at all times
•Please read the fire safety instructions, locate the nearest fire extinguisher and find your nearest fire exit and emergency meeting place
•Please present your confirmation notice, and the lead party member's passport to the owners
•You can unload in the drive but we ask you to park just outside the gate in the street. There is normally plenty of room and the streets are only used by the neighbours. If necessary it is also possible to park behind the house
During Your Stay
Noise and Disturbances
•There must be no excessive noise or disturbance after the hour of midnight regardless of whether or not you are the only party at the property
•Music must not be played too loud at any time, especially in the pool area
•If you intend to leave the property very early in the morning or arrive late at night, please enter or vacate quietly so as not to disturb other guests
In the House
•Please respect the furniture and fittings of the house. Do not throw pillows, cushions bed linen or sofa throws onto the floors or use house towels in the garden and pool area
•Please ensure that the shower curtains remain in the shower tray and water is not allowed to leak onto the floors as it will come through the ceilings into the rooms below
•Please do not put any sanitary towels or other items such as nappies into the toilets. Please use the bins provided
•As in most properties in Spain, the electricity supply can be erratic. In order to help, please turn off lights and all electrical equipment when not in use or when you leave the rooms
•Please do not put items on top of the heaters when they are on as this constitutes a fire hazard
•Please respect the security of the property and do not leave the house or courtyard doors open at any time. Not only do we want to keep burglars out, we also want to keep out cats and dogs, and flies!! Please take your keys with you and use them to enter the property
•Please also keep the main gates of the property closed at all times and do not allow access to anyone not in your party without permission from the owners
•Please do not leave children unattended at any time. The owners will not accept responsibility for any accident or injury however caused to the children if they have been left unattended
•Please do not allow children to play with ornaments, plants, damage books or property, or throw gravel at the cars or in the pool. Please ensure all house games, dvd's, books and videos are returned complete and undamaged
•All children must have adult supervision when playing on the pool table. Any damage to equipment must be paid for and a deposit may be required
•All children must have adult supervision when using the pool, regardless of how well they can swim. The owners will not accept responsibility for any accident or injury however caused to the children if they have been left unattended
•Please do not put soiled nappies into the household or bathroom waste bins or leave them lying around. Please place them in sealed plastic bags and remove them to the rubbish bins by the entrance gates, or if these are full, to the communal green bins in the village
•Pets are not permitted unless the owners have been informed and agreed prior to your arrival. A charge will be made for all pets staying at the property with owners
•Pets, if accepted, are not allowed to sit or sleep on the furniture or beds, they must have their own bed on the floor
•Pets, if accepted, are not allowed in any dining or food preparation area or near the tables when meals are being served
•Dogs must not be allowed to foul in the garden and must be taken for a walk outside of the property. Any mess must be cleared up immediately
•Please note the owners have a dog who is allowed in the garden and drive but not the house. He is very friendly and quiet and will not disturb you. Please do not feed him as he has been taught not to take food from the hand or to beg. If you have food you wish to give him, please give it to the owners to put in his bowl
In the Pool
•Please note; for safety reasons the pool is closed from 11pm to 9am and you are not allowed to enter the pool when under the influence of alcohol or drugs at any time
•The pool has a depth of only 1.5m maximum, so please do not dive into the pool to reduce the risk of neck injury
• All children must have adult supervision when using the pool, regardless of their age or how well they can swim. The owners will not accept responsibility for any accident or injury however caused to the children if they have been left unattended
•The pool is there for you to use, but if other guests are relaxing by the pool please, do not jump in and cause them to be splashed or disturbed. Please respect their peace and refrain from excessive noise or behavior
•Please use the shower before going into the pool, creams from the body cause a greasy mark to build up round the pool and oil to float on the water, ugh!
•Please do not throw items in the pool which may clog the filter and prevent the pump from working
•Please do not add chlorine tablets or any chemicals to the pool. The pool has a salt-water filtration system and the addition of chlorine will counteract the effect of the salt and alter the PH levels.
•and please please please, do not use the pool as a toilet, there are pool toilets close by, please use them, children and adults alike. Make sure your babies have watertight nappies or appropriate swimwear. If accidents occur, it will be necessary to close the pool and sanitize the water, which may put the pool out of action for 2 days minimum
In the Garden
•Please do not take glass or breakable items in the garden and pool area
•Please feel free to pick and use the mint and rosemary bushes, but leave all other flowers, plants and fruit alone
•Please close all parasols at night. Unexpected wind can blow items into the pool and over the fences
•If you use the barbeques in the garden and patios, please take care and clean them afterwards
•Please do not play football in the garden and drive. There is a small childrens park at the bottom of the road and a church square where they can kick a ball around in safety
•Please check you have collected all your belongings as we cannot be held responsible for missing items once you have departed the property
•Please check your flight departure times and allow yourself enough time to reach the airport and return hire car if applicable
Additional Rules for Self Catering Guests
•The property will have been cleaned and prepared for your use. We expect all guests to respect this and keep the property in a clean and tidy condition during their stay
•Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition when you depart, especially in the kitchen, make sure all pots are washed and dried, the dishwasher and fridges are empty and everything is put back in the right place.
•Please also empty the waste bins and take all rubbish to the dustbins by the gate. If these are full, there is a large green bin on the corner of the street.
•If you have moved the furniture about, please replace it in the correct position
•Please also clear the bbq’s if you have used them and pick up any rubbish from the garden and patios
•Please strip the beds and leave all towels and bedding by the door ready for laundry
•Please report any breakages or damage so we can organise repairs and replacements before the next guests arrive
If we feel the property has been left in an unreasonably untidy and dirty state, we retain the right to deduct a housekeeping charge from the deposit
Payment of reservation deposit confers agreement of said booking conditions by all parties concerned
