Guest accommodation is over 3 floors, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms off the lounge area, (no Stairs) a further 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms on the top floor, (2 with balcony access).
There is also a separate Children's TV/Play room available on the lower ground floor with TV & DVD player, plentiful movies, wii machine and board games, toy chest for all ages, sofa beds, and bean bags. A Family bathroom adjoining. This lower ground floor also has the heated sports equipment area, plus separate entrance.
Sleeps 11 adults, if small children/ infants included please advise. Fully kitted out for infants and babies, 2 travel cots & linen, 2 high chairs, stair-gate, baby bath, bed guard, changing mat, baby monitor, potty.
Large south face decking, undercover terrace with wrap around private garden, Gas BBQ (Summer only) & large parking area over 2 driveways for 6+ cars.
Residential neighbourhood, away from the main village road and valley highway, although just a few minutes drive to the busy Town of Chamonix.

We welcome guests into the Chalet, provide a guided tour to ensure everyone is comfortable. Information folder provided for the area.
The Chalet is a building of 3 floors, the Garage is used by the owners as storage, access via a separate External Garage door. The Owners will maintain the Hot Tub on a regular basis during your stay.

We are a fully licensed, registered and insured Chambre d'Hote business, and have achieved the highest award possible on a well known independent guest feedback site, TripAdvisor for service and accommodation offering. We have been awarded the 'Certificate of Excellence' for 2017, 2016 & 2015.
The Chalet is operated as a business and is not our personal home, hence fully equipped for larger groups of friends and families. We are fully licensed, regulated and insured to operate here in France.
We take a security deposit via card on arrival of 1000 euros which is fully refundable within 48 Hours of departure subject to the Chalet being left in good order.
Pricing - Please Note :-
For non peak Winter weeks we can accept shorter stays, however our minimum tariff is €2000, rather than the per night tariff as advertised.
For Summer weeks, we can also accept shorter stays, however our minimum tariff is €1800 for holidays in May, June, & September €2000 for July, €2200 for August.
No smoking or pets, we ask the kitchen be left clean at the end of your stay, with the removal of all rubbish.
Outdoor noise kept to a minimum after 10pm please.
We ask the Hot tub cover be treated with care, it is fragile, please avoid sitting or jumping on the cover itself.
Please note - On arrival a €1000 security deposit via credit card is required, which will be refunded within 48 hours of your departure.
My husband Mike and I moved out to the Chamonix Valley in 2007, we wanted a lifestyle change and both quit managerial jobs in the Banking sector.
Life couldn't be any different! We purchased Chalet Annabelle in May 2008, spent 6 months renovating and we're now into our 10th trading year. Winter sees many friends and families coming together for a self catered rental or choosing our fully catered package. The Summer is slightly more relaxed, seeing many different visitors from Walkers, Climbers and keen cyclists through our cycling tour company. We've achieved the highest accolade on a well known guest feedback site, with Certificate of Excellence Awards 2017, 2016 & 2015
Just to keep us busy, we also run a private airport transfer company!
We live just a few minutes from the Chalet so can be on hand if required.
There's only x1 Mont Blanc, and Chamonix sees many visitors from all over the world, it truly is a magical place and should be visited at least once in your lifetime.
