The location of this apartment can't be beat. Everything you will need - cafes, bakeries, grocery store is close by. The street where the apt. is on is not a busy street so it is peaceful and quiet. Nicolas left clear and concise instructions on how to get into the apt. which made it very easy for us to check-in. The place was clean and neat. He promptly responded to our email when we couldn't figure out how to use the washer/dryer. This was a great choice for an apartment and is highly recommended.
Nice apartment, very well located, comfortable, well equipped. Nicolas explained everything and gave us recommendations. The only thing is that there were to many things in the apartment. We stayed two weeks, and for that period of time you need some space to leave your clothes. Also we couldn't use the cleaning machine because it was full of other clothes.
Nicolas was a great host and easy to work with. He provided clear instructions and we found everything as he said, accurate tot he pictures provided online. The apartment was clean and neat. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking utensils, so my husband and I were able to go to the grocery store (very close by) and make our own breakfast and lunch most days during our stay in Paris. The bathroom was clean, although we had to buy our own toilet paper, as there was none in the apartment. Again, thankfully, the grocery store was close by, but I would have expected toilet paper to be included in the fees. The bed was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have a living room separate from the bedroom. The location is great. About two blocks from the metro station, and two blocks from the bus station. We even walked back from the Louvre (a long walk, but I was 6 months pregnant and managed). As someone else commented, you have easy access to all the touristy places, without feeling like you're surrounded by tourists. We ended up getting dinner close to the apartment, and enjoyed Domaine de Lintillac, Couleur Cafe, and Zero Zero Sevres (their bolognese was to DIE for). We found the locals very friendly and willing to accommodate our limited French, which was kind of them! I felt safe walking around the area at night. All-in-all, great apartment for a stay in Paris!
