A beautiful flat situated right on the trendy and "hip" quarter of Malasaña, one of Madrid’s liveliest neighbourhoods, an unbeatable location, right in the heart of Madrid.
It is surrounded by a broad selection of trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, terraces and top spots for shopping. The pedestrianised street of Fuencarral (the key shopping street of the capital) is just a short walk away, whilst Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Chueca, Plaza de España, and Opera are all within easy reach on foot. The flat is a 1-minute walk from the metro stations Noviciado and San Bernardo, and 3 minutes from Tribunal, the latter offering direct services to Atocha Train Station for the AVE (high speed train services to Seville, Valencia and Barcelona), and conveniently communicated with the airport metro line (45’), as well as buses and taxi.
Benefitting from plenty of natural light and with exceptional privacy, this exclusive flat has a 15m2 terrace, from which you can enjoy the wonderful Madrid skyline and beautiful intimate sunsets.

The living room communicates with the terrace through folding glass doors. It has a large and comfortable seven-seater sofa that can also be used as an individual bed. The flat has a spacious open kitchen with a central island, fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, gas cooker, washing machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and basic appliances. It also offers a large folding window which opens out fully onto the terrace. The lower floor is completed by a dressing room area and bathroom.

The bedroom is located in the upper floor. The double bed (1.5 x 2m) is situated just beneath the roof window of a sloping ceiling from where you can contemplate the stars before you fall sleep. There is also enough space to add an additional mattress. The exposed beams in the ceiling create a specially cozy and bohemian atmosphere.

Check in time is 2pm and check out time is 11 am. However, this can be flexible depending on your needs.
