It's on the fourth floor of a centrally located walk up building, on a quiet street in a great neighborhood, near tons of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. A short walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Garden and close to 8 different subway lines (one block to the S train, & a short walk to the B/Q, 2/3, 4/5, and C trains).

I've lived in NYC for a few years now and I very much enjoy living in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. I've also lived in DC, LA, China and Chicago. I love travel, books, wine, and dance. I also have a bit of a magazine habit, so there's no shortage of reading materials in my apartment.
I'm pretty active when I'm at home so I assume people visiting NYC and Brooklyn will be too. I like to suggest walking tours (even in the winter - just dress warm) to get acquainted with your surroundings and to see the off the beaten path parts of the city. But you're not far via the subway from all the usual attractions.
My apartment is cozy and full of light. I like it and I hope you do too!
