This 2 bedroom plus sofa bed suite is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a beautiful Victorian Mansion. The loft like master bedroom is large and has a skylight and exposed brick. 2 full bathrooms also compliment the suite and make it perfect for a family or 2 couples.

We live around the corner and try to come by to say hi to all of our guests and answer any questions. But we both work full time jobs so sometimes we can't physically be there. However everything you could possibly need in terms of information is in the suite and on our website, and we are always only a phone call/text or email away.

CHECKING IN/OUT : There are no keys to exchange as all of our units use a coded keypad entry system. The combination code is on a timer so it
does not work until check in time which is 3pm.
Check out time is 11am.
Sorry we can’t accommodate early check in or late checkout
Because it voids our AIRBNB insurance.
CHILD SAFETY: We welcome families and kids of all ages.
Please keep in mind the stairwells do not have baby gates.
If you have toddlers that are in danger of falling down the steps please
consider this when making a decision to book with us.
While we do our best to make all of our apartments as safe
as possible for our guests they are not baby proof.
You can rent all forms of baby equipment from this Baby Getaway Toronto and they will deliver and pick up.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: Sorry we do not store luggage. Bags Away is a local company you can look up to help with that.
BOOKING FOR SOMEONE OTHER THAN YOURSELF:
If you are booking for someone else like a relative, friend or business associate please make sure they read the listing too and know exactly what they should expect on arrival. Also you will need to let us know that it isn't for yourself. If on arrival the person you booked it for doesn't like the unit because they didn't read it or they were surprised by something-like they don't like stairs even though it says in the listing it's on the second floor, we will not refund any money and you are still responsible for paying the full amount. Any damages etc done by the person you booked it for will be your responsibility.
WIFI: Do not download any illegal movies, music, files etc using our WIFI signal. Our service provider will trace it and you will be held responsible for any consequences from them and or the copyright owners like HBO, SONY MUSIC etc.
We have a strict no smoking, pets, or noise policy. Our no smoking policy is very specific. We don't allow smoking in, or on the property including backyards, balconies, porches, entry ways, steps etc. If you want to smoke you have to do so on the public sidewalk. This includes hookahs, vapping, or any other devices like that. Our insurance carrier insists on this.
We don't allow loud parties or gatherings, especially at night. If you're intention is to use our spaces to party we are not for you. If we hear any complaints about noise etc from other guests nearby or neighbours you will be asked to leave immediately.

Hey hi! My wife Basmatee and I-the lovely lady in the profile pic ( I have an eye patch, peg leg and talk like a pirate that's why I'm not in the shot), have lived and worked in Toronto for most of our adult lives. 30+ years in the marketing industry , 15 years investing in real estate and 2 kids have kept us pretty busy.

We joined AIRBNB in 2014. A few short years later with over 130 AIRBNB reviews and growing, plus the experience of hosting hundreds of wonderful guests from around the world have taught us a lot about what our leisure and business travellers are looking for.
We're always learning how to give our guests the best experience possible and continue to add amenities and new apartments to our list of offerings. We manage all of our apartments/houses personally since we live within walking distance of all of them. So most likely you'll get to meet one of us, or see me watering the flowers in your front yard.
