Owners will be on the premises but staying in the main house that is privately situated on the 4.8 acres. We are therefore nearby and available for any questions. (From the Carriage House, the roof of the main house can be seen in the distance through mature trees). Bring your own beach towels and linens or we are happy to set up local linen service for a nominal fee.

Only agreed upon guests on the property. Dock use with prior reservation. No wave runners. No ATVs or off-road vehicles. Cottage and grounds to be left in the same condition as it was upon (URL HIDDEN) open fires. No glass containers at the waterfront. Do not park on the lawns. Sort recyclables in provided containers and remove all garbage to closed containers. Report any breakage or damage. Sound travels easily along the lake, and we therefore request guests to be mindful of neighbors. No unscheduled visits. Any tubing and waterskiing must take place a minimum of 300 feet from the shore. Observe Lake George boating laws such as maximum 5mph within 100 feet of shore.
