Large five bedroom Victorian house with three bathrooms. Close to Leyton Central Line tube station (Zone 3) connecting to central London in 30 minutes. Also very close to the Olympic Park.
There are five comfortable double bedrooms in this spacious bright Victorian house. Each of the five bedrooms has a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have an en suite shower/bathroom. The third bathroom and WC is shared with the remaining three bedrooms. For 12 people, the extra two can be accommodated by putting a double airbed into one of the bedrooms in addition to the double bed.
Two of the bathrooms are on the second floor and the third bathroom is on the first floor.
There is a garden annexe separate to the house where I stay in when I am renting the house out.
The house is in Zone 3 next to Leyton Central Line Tube station about 30 minutes from the centre of London.
There’s a 24 hour night bus running from central London (route N26) to a bus stop which is just a few minutes’ walk away from the house.
Nearby Stratford (3 minutes by tube) is also the home of one of the largest urban shopping centres in Europe - Westfield Stratford City and the Olympic Park.
There is fast stable fibre optic WIFI internet connection.
Hairdryers, bed linen and bath and hand towels are provided.
The local Leyton Technical pub is situated in the Old Town Hall (see pictures). The pub has marble mosaic floors and beautiful high ceilings complementing a country house interior design.
It serves real ales, premium lagers, wines and spirits and has live music events. It also has a kitchen serving quality British food.
The booking price changes depending on the number of people.
The price is fixed at £200 per night for up to five people staying. It costs an extra £15 per person per night for each person over five people staying. There is also a cleaning fee and Airbnb service fees are added to this.
This pricing structure gives smaller groups a discount. But larger groups also get a reasonable price for each person per night.

Guests have full use of the kitchen with dishwasher, dual oven, gas hob, microwave oven, coffee machine, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Guests have full use of the lounge with large TV, piano and dining table. Back garden for smoking or relaxing which I also use.

Please make sure that the house is properly locked when leaving and windows closed, if no one is in please also double lock the front door. Also, please don't leave the loft windows or loft balcony doors open as the rain will come in if it rains. Many thanks!
