The Littlefield Lofts Suite is surrounded on two sides by walls of windows and 3 Private Balconies, it overlooks historic 6th Street at Brazos and is right in the heart of vibrant downtown Austin.
This stylishly decorated loft comfortably accommodates 1-8 guests in a two-story open floor plan. For less than the price of one hotel room across the street, you can have our whole apartment!
SLEEPING: This downtown loft can sleep 1-8 guests. On the entry level you'll have a separate living area/sleeping space with two twin daybeds next to a half bath. Upstairs features two sleeping spaces, the first with a king bed and the other with two twins (that could be combined to create a second King) along with one full bathroom in an open floor plan.
*There are two twin air mattresses available for additional guests upon request.
EATING/LIVING: Use the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances for meal preparation or walk to some of Austin's best restaurants. Enjoy meals at the dining table that faces a wall of windows. Also, it's a great place for meetings if you are in town for business. The open concept first floor living space has a large sectional sofa and occasional chairs to hang out together . This apartment has stained concrete floors, TV, FREE Wi-Fi and 3 private balconies that overlook downtown.
LOCATION: This truly is a 'car optional' property. Littlefield Lofts is also a secured access building for residents and guests. For guests flying into Austin, there is a $1.75 shuttle from the airport that drops off a few blocks from this loft.

DOWNTOWN LIVING: This home is right on 6th Street so you have direct access to one of the most popular streets in the 'Live Music Capitol of the World'. Locally owned Royal Blue Grocery is just around the corner for snacks, basic groceries, local treats, specialty items, or forgotten necessities. In addition, numerous restaurants, shops and grocery stores deliver to this building if you don't feel like going out. This is a great location and a great home for those who want to explore Downtown Austin – you can be a part of it all! However, since this is right on 6th Street, you will hear the music from the restaurants and music venues below. If you are sensitive to noise, lets talk in person to see if this is the right location for you. We do have other homes in quieter neighborhoods.

Our Lounge is available to our guests Friday & Saturdays from 11am-4pm to enjoy. Some of the amenities we offer in our lounge are bag drop off, house fridge with complimentary beverages, a restroom, television to relax before or after your flight as well as a store with locally, curated items to purchase before leaving our great city!

This loft is not pet-friendly. If you would like to bring a pet we manage other lofts in the building that are pet-friendly. Please inquire and we can help you find the right loft for you and your fur baby. Additional pet fees and requirements will apply.
MINIMUM NIGHT STAYS:
1 night stays are allowed over the weekdays however a 2-3 night minimum could apply over peak dates and weekends. Please inquire before submitting a 1 night booking request for stays Thursday-Saturday.
RATES AND AVAILABILITY:
Our prices are inclusive of all lodging taxes required by the City & State.
Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
Parking passes for the attached parking garage are available for an additional fee and are sold separately. Please inquire for rates.
AGE OF PRIMARY RESERVATION HOLDER:
Although our rental agreement states we only rent to guests 25 years of age and older we are happy to rent to guests who are under the age of 25 years old as the primary reservation holder as long as the primary reservation holder is comfortable being responsible for any damages should they occur during the stay. If you are looking to book with us and are under the age of 25 please let us know so we can make a note of this in your reservation. Also, of course, families of all ages are welcome!
EARLY CHECK IN AND LATE CHECK OUT:
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 11am. If you would like to request an early check in or late check out for your stay please request the time you would like to check in or check out. Please note this is only a request. We will verify 24 hours prior to arrival if an early check in is available for your stay and 24 hours prior to departure if a late check out is available for your stay.
If an early check in or late check out is not available for your stay the Austin Visitor Center is located just a few blocks away from our building and can hold bags for guests arriving and departing in the city for a fee of $7. Their hours are Monday - Saturday, 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. and Sunday, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.
LOUNGE AT LITTELFIELD:
We do have a lounge available in our building for guests to utilize to change, use the restroom, relax, and grab some refreshments on Fridays and Saturday between 11am-3pm. On these days we also offer bag drop off. The lounge is staffed by our managers and reservationist and are available to assist you during your stay with any questions you may have.
We are located next door to a Gold's Gym. We do supply day passes for the gym at an additional fee. Please inquire for rates.
By requesting to book you are also agreeing to pay a security deposit of $100. This security deposit is not charged upon booking however it can be charged in the event of any damages upon your check out. If you have any questions regarding the security deposit please ask. We are happy to help!
