A comfy place to call home with a terrace with breathtaking views over the city; a subway stop at your doorstep; walking distance from the Midi Train Station, most historic sights and the shops & bars of the easygoin' Marolles and artsy Sint-Gilles.
A nicely renovated penthouse/studio (40 m2) with a huge terrace (25M2). The living space feels spacious and airy because of the huge windows and lots of light coming in. The place can accommodate up to four people in one double bed and one sofa bed. The annexed open kitchen is equipped with all basic amenities (2 cooking plates, oven, microwave, fridge). The bathroom has a lovely rainshower (and small bath). There is fast and reliable wifi and a nice selection of books and magazines on Belgium. We don't have a TV but we do provide a tablet PC equipped with Netflix for watching films and series. The terrace is equipped with a table, bench, chairs and sun loungers.
