We have 8 apartments they all have newly renovated bathrooms and kitchens and are the same layout. Larger than most apartments in the local area with spacious lounge/dining area.

This truly is a golden location: at one end of Broadway is the lovely Swan River and its delights and at the other end is The New Children’s hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, also known as QEII.
Enjoy our reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating. There is another enclosed sunroom/ bedroom with a single bed or sofa bed off the lounge area.

We were kept fully informed with all the requirements to gain access to the apartment. Everything was clean and tidy. Great location with a shopping centre only minutes away. We had a great stay here. Terry was the perfect host.

I love living in the area of Nedlands and Crawley. I love coffee with friends, Art and meeting new and interesting people.
