Located on the 1st floor of the farmhouse are our 4 sunny and cheerful double bed and breakfast rooms with views of the farm and surrounding hills. We cultivate both organic olives (for olive oil) and lavender. Guests can participate in the harvests.
We have 4 double B&B rooms with private bathrooms on the first floor of our farmhouse in the countryside of Carassai in Le Marche, Italy.
We are located just 20 minutes to the beach and 40 minutes to the Sibilini National Park in the Apennine mountains. Within a 10 minute radius there are medieval villages perched on the hilltops, surrounded by farm land.

Johannes (Hans) is from Haarlem in the Netherlands. He moved to Italy in 2006 and bought the abandoned farm. Elizabeth is from the USA, raised in Rome.
Since 2006 we have been restoring the house and farming organic olive oil and lavender. Elizabeth is a former chef and Hans is a former construction manager. Both love the countryside and are dedicated to organic farming practices.
