A tranquil area surrounded by nature. Perfect place to relax, enjoy the beach and go for long walks along the seafront, either to Hengisbury Head or Bournemouth town.

We are situated in a great location, between Southbourne High Street and the beach . A leisurely walk along the beach front to Bournemouth town center, and 5 minutes walk to the amazing award winning beaches of the sunny south coast.

The property provides a peaceful and comfortable environment where you can relax and enjoy your visit to this attractive area. It has lots of nature around, with the "Fisherman's Walk" (a park that leads down to the beach, 5 minutes to the cliff tops and beach. The park is full of small inhabitants, such as squirrels and many species of birds, which love to be fed). Local shops and buses within 2 minutes walk; train station 10 mins walking also.

The property is the first floor of a Large old House and has a lovely, bright aspect ! All rooms receiving plenty of natural light. The kitchen, fondly Known as the "Tree House", has windows to 50% of the room. The Lounge is very warm & friendly with a small balcony. We have a small garden with a sun deck with table and chairs etc. -breakfast can be taken into the garden on warm days- plus drive way parking (3 or 4 cars).

Accomodation:

• 3 double bedrooms plus 1 single bedroom.
• Garden decking area with summer house and area for relaxing evenings. BBQ area also, if you feel like it;
• Freeview TV in 2 bedrooms and main TV in lounge, free high speed wi-fi.
• 1 Main Bathroom with bath-shower, modern toilet and washbasin. Separate toilet and master bedroom with en-suite shower.
• Fitted Carpets throughout the corridors and bedrooms.
• Non-smoking throughout the property (except garden).
• Sorry, but we can not accept your pets.
• Available within the property is a travel cot and a high chair.
• Bed linen and towels supplied. Beach towels not supplied.

Guests have access to a fully self-contained 4 bedroom apartment with its own entrance and garden with parking space for up to 3 to 4 cars. All rooms are on one level. Garden on ground floor.

A comfortable and spacious flat with lots and lots of light streaming into the kitchen, which lifted the mood even on a slightly cloudy day! The location is superb - right next to the Fisherman's Walk park that leads to the beach, and only 3-4 minutes away from shops, banks, high street supplies, and at least 3 good eateries. Everything well-organised and well-supported. We were four adults (one couple + 2 singles) plus one child and there was plenty of room. Washer and tumble drier in an outbuilding in the garden very handy. We hope to have a chance to visit again next year.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, a 5 minute stroll through Fisherman's Walk to the beach and very close to an extremely nice shopping parade with everything you would want: supermarkets, a bank, a few nice restaurants, cafes and pubs. The apartment itself is very spacious and immaculately kept. It had all of the facilities we needed and all of the appliances, utensils and cutlery were of high quality and in excellent working order. There is ample off street parking and a lovely outdoor area to relax in. It is worth noting that the apartment is on the first floor whilst the outdoor space is on the ground floor next to the drive so if you have young children, as we do, you will need to monitor them when playing so they do not run out on to the road. Maria is a brilliant host, her communication and preparation for guests is superb. I would highly recommend this apartment. Being so close to the beach made it ideal for a family 'bucket and spade' holiday. My wife and I travelled with our two children and two of their grandparents and the apartment was spacious enough for us all to stay very comfortably. I would not hesitate to book again should we return.

Lovely, well-equipped and spotlessly clean apartment with plenty of room for all 8 of us (6 adults, 1 child, 1 baby). Easy 5 minute walk to beautiful beaches with excellent facilities, or in the other direction to local shops, bars and restaurants. We had a fantastic celebration meal at Sala Thai (15 minute walk). Highly recommend for a family break.

Lovely stay, great location for local Southbourne shops, places to eat, etc.. Sandy Beach only few minutes walk away and great for exercise and morning cycling. Maria was very communitive and helpful before and during our stay, great help. House was really clean, tidy and very welcoming upon arrival

Fabulous hosts with a fab property in a great location for business and a family holiday. The hosts couldn't do enough and the little extra touches such as fresh flowers and some provisions for our first night were hugely appreciated - highly recommend.

Lovely clean house in an excellent location. Beach is at the bottom of the road (5 mins walk). High street is at the top of the road including shops, banks, restaurants and pubs. Kitchen is well equipped. House is very cozy. Would stay here again.

Alegres y activos durante el día, tranquilos por la noche -salvo las noches de barbacoa en el jardín, en las que todos acudimos dispuestos a pasar una agradable velada de risas y buena comida-.
Está feo que yo lo diga, pero creo que hacemos que la gente se sienta cómoda y se sientan uno más de la "familia".
