Spend your vacation time enjoying the 360-degree views amongst the breathtaking mountaintops. These views include, but are not limited to the Heavenly Ski Runs, the peak of Kingsbury Grade, and Summit Village. At our location, there are no immediate neighbors within the proximity; therefor, you can relax in the comfort of your own atmosphere. This is the perfect retreat for your summer or winter getaway.
Are you still in need of some nightlife gratification? No worries, our location is within a 5-minute distance to shopping stores, casinos, and outdoor activities offered by South Lake Tahoe.
This cabin will comfortably accommodate 15 sleeping guests and can be optimized for 3 families with kids or a large group of friends. There are 4 bedrooms +1 bonus kids Gaming area with sleeping sofa(down stairs), specially tailored for everyone to kick back and relax.
-The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an attached full-bathroom
-The 2nd master bedroom features a queen-sized bed with an extra queen-sized mattress available (e.g. for families with younger children)
-The 3rd bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a great view of the mountains
-The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk beds with a full-sized bed below and a twin-sized bed on top. It is a perfect room for kids.
-The 5th room is a TV room that features a futon that can be made into a full-sized bed that can accommodate two adults
Tahoe Terrace features all amenities that ensure time is spent on exploring instead of doing household chores. This includes stainless steel appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, washer, and dryer. In addition to these appliances, we provide towels and linens available for use. To top it all off, we also provide a fully equipped kitchen to suit any and every one of your eatery needs.
The entrance of the house leads into a mudroom that can accommodate skies, snowboards and boots to ensure that they are dry and warm for the following morning.
There are two living areas with flat screen TVs and stereo systems.
The main living area features high wood beam ceilings with a wood burning river-stone fireplace that can be enjoyed from the comfort of plush sofas. Additionally, it features a dinning area with seating for 12+ people. The open kitchen enables everyone to be together whether they are cooking or relaxing.
The lower living area allows kids to watch their favorite shows or play their favorite board games.
The outside deck comes with a top-of-the-line BBQ in addition to seating for all the guests. Nothing is better than enjoying the mountain scenery while enjoying a lovely dinner with good company.
It is hard to find a better place than this in the Tahoe area. A 5-star experience for a 2-star price- now that's a bang for your buck!

This rental agreement is made between 702 #A Tina Court hereinafter “the Owner" and the Renter". The Owner agrees to rent to the Renter the selected property, hereinafter referred to as “Renter", under the following conditions.
Check in/check out times:
Check in is at 3pm or later
Check out is at 11am
Parking: There are two parking spaces allowed for our cabin, signage for the parking spaces have been provided, if any additional parking is needed, please use the big parking lot that is accross from the cabin. It's important to follow the rule, otherwise the association has the right to tow any car/cars.
Noise control: We do have noise control curtfew, no loud or parting noise after 9pm. We do have neighbors so we ask that you please keep the noise under control. If the noise is out of control and the Sharif is called, we reserve the right to remove our renters and your Security Deposit will not be returned.
Number of Guests: If there are more guests then what is communicated and agreed under the reservation, we reserve the right to charge up to $100/guest and per night, we also reserved the right to remove our renter/s.
Damages: Damage deposit will be returned in 72hrs after renters vacate property if the unit suffers no damages. Deposit may be applied by the Owner to correct damages and such act shall not prevent the owner from claiming monies in excess of the deposit for correction of damages. Renter agrees to provide the Owner with forwarding address prior to commencement of lease. Renter agrees to properly use and operate all furnishings, including electrical and gas appliances, plumbing fixtures, electronic home entertainment property, fireplaces, heaters, and all other items of whatsoever kind or nature provided during the term. Renter also agrees to leave the home so that no extraordinary house keeping will be required after departure. Renter understands their responsibility as occupant and accepts financial burden for any damages to the property caused by the renter or their invites. By signing below, Renter agrees to pay replacement value for any items that are damages or lost to theft during their stay, or for extra cleaning required.
Pet: The Owner will allow 1 dog or 1 cat to this premise, if there are more then one, renter must contact the Owner first. There will be extra $25 cleaning fee for the pet. Please do not allow your pet to urinate in the house, take care of your pet's leak, if the Owner finds pet urinate in the house, all of the security/damage deposit will be forfeited, also please do not allow your pet to sleep on any of the beds. Please bring your own pet bed to the cabin. Any damages on the sheets, comforter covers and etc, security deposit will be forfeited.
All Security/Damage deposit will be refunded within 72hrs if there is no damage or loss to the property or business.
Theft: Do not take or remove any items that are not yours. Any item(s) that is missing during the check out inspection, Renter's security deposit/Damage deposit will be forfeited. We do inventory check after every check out.
Cleaning: There will be $175 of cleaning fee, Renter is still responsible for cleaning all dishes and putting them in the dishwasher before check out. Do not leave any garbage out side (bears around the woods), garbage must be remove and toss it away at the end of the stay. There is a metal garbage container across the street (located in the big parking lot), all garbage must be removed and toss at that location.
Out door cooking: BBQ grill is provided for the renter, please use it will care, do not leave any food in the grill over night (bears in the woods).
Maintenance and Refunds: The Owner makes every effort to assure that appliances/devices in the home are in operational condition, and ask you to report any problems as soon as they are discovered. The Owner will make every effort to correct the problem; however, at times we must wait for the parts or outside service. Refunds cannot be made for inconvenience due to failure of appliance/devices.
Stairs: The Tahoe Terrace has 2 stairways to the front door. Please be sure all guests are prepared to climb the stairs as the higher elevation can make stairs more difficult for some. Guest unable or unwilling to use stairs or guests with mobility issues or health conditions should be aware of this and make alternate arrangements as we cannot accommodate them if they determine at check in time that they cannot climb stairs. Owner cannot issue refunds in case you arrive and are unable or unwilling to use the stairs.
Attitude: Once or twice a year we have guests who are unhappy about everything they find in our home. They usually arrive in Tahoe frustrated with screaming kids or spouses they cannot stand. Thus they feel the need to call and complain about everything from the temperature outside to the mountainous terrain, stairs, tree pollen and dust… You know who you are, and we want you to stay at a hotel so you can reach out to the front desk clerk about everything that is not right. Incessant complaints will not qualify you for monetary compensation and by signing below you are agreeing to this. A good attitude will go a long way in having us remedy any situation that we can fix. Renting a home is for the more adventurous people who roll with the punches, bring their won friends and family and have fun in everything they do… that's the kind of guests we love and 99% of our guests come back every year, in fact we reward great attitudes with discounts on future visits.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 15 guests.
Parking: Please park to the right of the stairs when you arrive, the neighbor has the left side. Plenty of parking spots across the street.
Wilderness Area: Never leave any child unaccompanied outside or on the deck area. The terrain presents many hazards including wildlife, slippery stair after snow or rain, high decks and fire danger. The homeowner cannot accept responsibility for ay injuries caused due to negligence or unsupervised children on premise.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property or on the deck. If you smoke in the house, you forfeit some or all of your security deposit. This is a high fire hazard area!
Weather and Winter Conditions: There will be no refunds due to inclement weather or power outages. Snow and or Ice removal is the responsibility of the renter. This home has no air conditioning, as there are very few days in Tahoe above 80F. Nights are very cold all year round.
Hold Over: Renter shall deliver possession of residence in good order and repair to the Owner upon termination or expiration of this agreement.
Sublet: Renter may not sublet residence or assign this rental agreement without written consent of the Owner.
Fire and Casualty: If residence becomes uninhabitable by reason of fire, explosion or by other casualty, the Owner may, at his/her option terminate rental agreement or repair damages.
Right of Access: The Owner shall have the right of access to rental for repair and maintenance during reasonable hours. In the event of an emergency, the Owner or local manager may enter at any time to protect life and prevent damage to the property.
Use: Rental shall be used so as to comply with state, county, and municipal law and ordinances. Renter shall not use rental or permit it to be used for any disorderly or unlawful purpose or in any manner so as to interfere with other resident's quiet enjoyment of their residence. Any misuse described above shall result in termination of Rental Agreement and no refund of any payments will be issued. Quiet hours, between 10:00pm and 7:00am must be respected.
Indemnification: Renter releases the Owner from liability for and agrees to indemnify the Owner against losses, incurred by the Owner as result of (a) Renter's failure to fulfill any condition of this agreement: (b) any damage or injury happening in or about rental or premises to renter's invitees or licensees or such person's property: (c) Renter's failure to comply with any requirements imposed by any govern mental authority: and (d) any judgment, lien or other encumbrance filed against renter as a result of renter's action. The undersigned, for himself/herself, his/her heirs. Assignors, executors and administrators, fully releases, discharges and indemnifies the Owner of the property from any and all claims demands and causes of action by reason of an injury or loss of whatever nature, including, but not limited to serious personal injury or death or property damage, which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her guests as a result of, or in connection with the occupancy or use of the premises and agrees to hold the Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising there from.
Release of Liability: The Owner shall not be liable for loss or damage to Renter's property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever. Renter agrees to indemnify and save and hold harmless the Owner and Tahoe or Summit Village Homeowner's Association from any loss, liability, damage or cost owners may incur due to occupancy of the property. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be mediated subject to the law=s of the State of Nevada.
Entire Agreement: This agreement and any attached addendums constitute the entire agreement between parties and nor oral statements shall be binding. It is the intention of the parties hereinafter that if any of this agreement in invalid, for any reason, such invalidity shall not void the remainder of the rental agreement.
Failure of the owner to act: Failure of the Owner to insist upon compliance with the terms of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any (website hidden)'s Fees: The guest(s) assume any legal fees resulting from or arising out of breach of this agreement. If the courts to be illegal rule any portion of this agreement, it does not nullify those that are deemed legal.

It is for people who like adventures. It is located on top of the Kingsbury/Summit Village, it offers great view and sleeps 15 people! It is recently remodeled, it offers top of line accommodation, it is truly a great place to stay.
