The Gardens at Beachwalk is exceptional Mediterranean style resort with tropical gardens and beautiful lakes surrounding superb clubhouse with heated salt water swimming pool. The grounds of this resort are phenomenally and daily maintained so just walking around fills you up with nice relaxing feeling.
This is comfortable, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated three bedroom, two full bathroom flat on the first floor that has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Enjoy the view of beautiful palms, trees and lake from flat balcony where you can sit and relax at any time of a day.
The living room is equipped with perfectly styled leather sofa and comfy rattan chairs where you can enjoy cable movies, browsing Internet, news, stocks, Netflix, your e-mail and pictures using TV remote keyboard of (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) 40in LED TV and Blu-Ray player.
Fully equipped kitchen, bar and four barstools ready to make delicious dinner and cocktails. Next to it there is beautifully decorated dinning room.
The master bedroom has a fabulous king size bed with exceptionally comfort individual coil with memory foam pillow-top mattress in front of another (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) 40in LED TV. It also features en-suite full bathroom and oversized walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has high quality queen bed and even bigger walk-in closet. The third bedroom is featured with two beautiful white rattan twin beds as well as DVD/TV. This room also has big walk in closet. All rooms have beautiful view of lake or palm trees. Second full bathroom is close to these rooms.
The full-size modern, front loading washer and dryer are situated in their own utility room inside the flat.
All bedding and towels are new and kept to a very hygienic standard. This 9 foot ceilings flat is fully equipped and you will only need a tooth brush.
The resort clubhouse features heated salt water swimming pool and Jacuzzi, beach chairs, seating area with real fireplace, pool and foosball table, kitchen/bar area, and a fully-equipped state of the art gym.
Warm Gulf waters, white powdered sand beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, full service marinas, many championship golf courses and unlimited activities are all just couple of minutes away. Shopping and restaurants are within short walking distance. The Fort Myers airport is only 15 minutes away.

The wide boulevards make driving here a pleasure and a short 5 minute drive brings you to Fort Myers Beach or a 10 minute drive across the causeway takes you to the tropical island paradise of Sanibel/Captiva. Fort Myers airport is 15 minutes away, whilst the international airports at Tampa and Miami can be reached in 2 hours and Orlando in 3 and a half. Naples is a 30 minute drive, the Everglades can be reached in an hour and there are daily boat trips to Key West from Fort Myers.
Fort Myers is one of the most historic cities on the west coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Known by the inventor of the light bulb, Thomas Alva Edison, who spent the winter months in Fort Myers and his laboratory and his house is now open to the public.
