Stay in this 2000 sqf (197 m2) unique loft apartment, situated on 5th floor of a 1920’s period building.
We kindly inform our potential guests about the minimum stay 5 nights during Easter (1st - 8th April) and during the Christmas - New Year period (22nd December - 4th January). Thank you for your understanding.
The apartment is situated over 2 levels. The entry door leads to a hallway from where you enter the kitchen and dining room to the right. Continuing straight up a few steps you enter the hall connecting to spacious double bathroom, two separate toilets and a walk in closet/storage room. The hall then leads to the double aspect living area with a staircase and gallery connecting the bedrooms situated on the top floor.
The kitchen and dining room features full size built in kitchen and oriental hardwood dining arrangement for up to 6 persons. This room offers the most beautiful views over the roofs of the Old Town, the Old Town Hall and the classic panorama of the Prague Castle. Full size built in kitchen offers electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee maker. The kitchen is fully equipped for light cooking, there are some pots, pans and utensils. Starter amount of essentials like tea and coffee is provided, espresso pods are available for purchase.
Spacious tiled bathroom featuring exposed original wooden beams contains a free standing bath, walk in shower and double wash basin with mirror. Ceiling windows provide light and open to provide ventilation when necessary. Towels and hair dryer are provided.
The living area features work corner, TV entertainment zone and reading section. The work corner offers designer wooden work table, conference table and seating for 3. Stairs rise from here to the gallery and bedrooms. The entertainment zone offers TV seating arrangement with leather sofa and modern armchairs, flat screen TV with cable channels and DVD / media player compatible with iPhone and other portable devices. In the reading zone, you find another armchair with futon, great for a stretch after all day sightseeing. Views from the windows of this room lead to the church of St. Havel and onto Havelská Street.
There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 offers a king size bed, some storage for personal items and is suitable for up to 2 guests. Exposed wooden frames and gorgeous views give it a romantic ambience. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a sleeping platform. The platform could be used as an extra sleeping place for a child guest or the perfect hideout for kids to play. Bedroom 2 has only 2 ceiling windows making it safe for children while still providing light. There is some storage for clothes in Bedroom 2 as well. Bedroom 3 also has two single beds and a sleeping platform which can be used as an extra sleeping place. Bedroom 3 has lots of light and offers gorgeous views over the roofs of Prague’s Old Town.

The apartment has own source of heating and hot water. Hot water is available 24x7. During the summer months, heating is switched off as it’s largely unnecessary. Should you need to turn heating on, please speak to us at check-in and we will sort this out for you. During the winter months, the apartment will be prepared for you upon arrival and the person checking you in will explain how to use the heating system. High speed internet access with Wi-Fi is provided.

You will be greeted by one of us or our trusted friends who will meet you and give you introduction to your new temporary home. We will explain all about the space and answer any questions you may have. Speak to us about any special needs or advice you may need, we are happy to help.
Standard check-in is after 3PM, standard check-out is before 10AM - for earlier check-in or later check-out let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements.
We will require a copy of your passport upon arrival / check in. Please, if you can, take a B&W copy of the picture page with you. There will be a person checking you in who will give you keys.
Upon check-in, you will have a chance to inspect the apartment for content and damage and sign for the inventory - this protects you as well as us. Upon departure, we will check the apartment. In case of accidental damage to anything, be fair and tell us straight away, we can work most things out so that both sides leave happy!
Parties and loud noises after 10PM are strictly forbidden. Please note that penalty will be imposed.
Please remove all food and personal items, wash the dishes and clean up as you would at your home or friend's house.
There is NO smoking in the apartment, you may smoke on the terrace. There are manuals available in English and other languages for all the house appliances - ask if you're not sure, we are happy to help.
If the place requires deep cleaning after your departure, there is a charge of the actual cost.
