The 'Seaside Annexe' is self-contained, fully equipped double bedroomed accommodation with its own private entrance. Featuring an ensuite bathroom with WC, shower and basin, TV (with FreeView channels), rear garden, lounge & dining area, south facing deck and fully equipped kitchen. The Seaside Annexe is modern, light and airy with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light and offers direct sea views with cliff top walks and secluded beaches on the doorstop.

We provide a complementary selection of teas, coffee & biscuits to help you settle in.

We can also provide a breakfast pack for two (£15.00) to help you with your stay. It includes a choice of milks, juice, pastries, fruit, bread, cereal, eggs, butter and jams/marmalade. Everything to make your visit easier!

The Annexe is equipped with home comforts to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including hard and soft pillows, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coat hangers and bedside USB charging points.

The vibrant city of Brighton & Hove is 6 miles west and easily accessible on foot, by public transport or car. No matter what your likes are, Brighton will cater for them.
There are a multitude of restaurants, arts, theatres, pubs, clubs, cafes and shopping; not forgetting the I-360, the Pier, the Royal Pavilion and the historic Lanes.

Brighton Marina also has a cinema, gym, more restaurants and access to boat trips including fishing and sight seeing trips.

Closer to home, Saltdean with it's Art Deco lido and sandy beach is just a walk over the hill (1 mile). Rottingdean with Kipling Gardens and quaint village shops is 2 miles away.


The local post office and chemist, Indian restaurant and fish and chip shop are all 2 minutes walk away, with supermarkets a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk. We also have a Costa!

Heading east, Newhaven has a historic Fort and museum (4 miles) and Eastbourne is a 40 minute bus route away and passes Seven Sisters Country Park. During the summer you can take the open top bus.
