Right now I'm looking for a tenant who can rent my apartment for a longer period of about 2-3 months, starting around Jun 01.
The reason is I'm going out sailing. Contact me for all the details and we can make all the necessary arrangements.
My apartment is a little smaller, comfortable and cozy with high ceilings and wooden floors. The apartment was completely renovated in 1998 according to a standard that was acceptable at that time. Not "top noch" but with feeling and care. This makes the apartment warm and cozy and is the reason why I lived here for over 10 years. It consists of a lounge with a fixed bed, a sofa, workingspace and a 50 inch flatscreen TV (Panasonic Viera). A good-sized bathroom and a high standard kitchen. Outside the two windows is a Japanese cherry tree that blossom in full bloom as early as April. Later, the foliage turns to dark green, and protects from neighbors view. WiFi internet access is included.
The area around Nytorget contains a large number of restaurants, cafes, vintage shops, small boutiques and is a perfect place to relax for people from all over the city. The area is commonly known as "SoFo" (south of Folkungagatan) and is the place to be if you are a cool "hipster". The building including the newly opened restaurant and food hall Urban Deli, which I highly recommend. Just steps away from the apartment is the amazing Vitabergsparken with the Sofia church. Many come here for a picnic and great views of Södermalm. Within walking distance is the lively shopping street Götgatan with its high puls and diversity of shops. Subway and buses are also within walking distance although I personally prefer to ride my bike in the summer time.
I´m a graphic designer working as a freelancer. Besides Art Direction - traveling and sailing takes a big part of my life. This gives me the opportunity to offer my apartment for rental. I´m easy going and will be more than happy to support you with suggestions what to do and where to go during your stay.
