The room is on the 2nd floor and has a comfortable double bed and kitchenette with sink and fridge. Bathroom is just down the hall. Lots of windows with curtains. Friendly, easy going atmosphere.
Contemporary Post and Beam Farmhouse
on 9 acres with plenty of parking, quiet and peaceful multi- generation family. We are a small extended family cultivating beautiful gardens, goats and chickens.
This room is on the 2nd floor just down the hall from the bathroom with tub and tall shower.
Large Country kitchen and dining Room is on the 1st floor and has spectacular sunset views of the mountains and the farm. You are welcome to cook here.
House uses oil and wood heat via a Russian Fireplace. It's fine to get in later and leave early in the morning.
We are fragrance free except for light essential oils and wash sheets in unscented laundry detergent.
Your payments go 100% to support our small farm.
We do have a Land phone line you can use if you cell phone doesn't work here.
Walking trails to a Cranberry bog and many local conservation trails with mountain views are nearby.
We give plenty of space to our guests and yet are happy to share our farm and info about the Pioneer Valley and the wide array of Arts and Culture in the area.
We are in a safe and rural neighborhood on a dirt road.
We love that we have pure mountain deep well water and fresh air up in these Pelham Hills.
We are not on a bus route. We are 2 miles to the Bus stop.

Bathroom is shared and kept clean. Feel free to have a warm bath. We provide epsom salts and essentials oils if you like. Can book by the week, 2 days minimum or for longer.
Wireless high speed internet is available throughout the house. Land phone line can call anywhere in the U.S. Local walking, swimming, dining, museums are within 15 minutes of the house. Close (15 minutes) to 2 Colleges, Hampshire, Amherst and University of Massachusetts.

We know the area very well and can steer you in the right directions depending on your interests. We are happy to give you a tour of the farm and surrounding Amherst/Leverett areas, share swimming places, etc. We are 12- 15 minutes to the colleges in Amherst and 1/2hr to Northampton. We are close to the State Park Lake Wyola in Shutesbury.

Pets will be allowed in the separate micro house. Small dog or cat will be allowed in main farmhouse if well trained and with you at all times.

We are a small family farm in the Pelham Hills just outside of Amherst, Massachusetts. After graduating from college here in the 80's we loved the area so much we stayed and made it our home for over 30 years.
Hosting is a way to help others find an alternative to chemically run motels and junk road food while supporting a small family farm in Western Massachusetts.
We are on a country, dirt road just 6 miles to Amherst in the Pelham Hills. It takes 15 minutes to get to the University, Amherst College and the center of Amherst. We know all the short cuts and will tell you about them.
We are new to Airbnb and love helping people navigate Western Massachusetts. We cultivate low maintenance, productive gardens using ecological, sustainable methods.
The views here are spectacular both of the farm and the mountains and you can fill up your water bottles with our wonderful, deep well water.
Two of the rooms have small fridges and electric kettles for tea or coffee.
