We are on the beach which is just within reach from this hut. Though really small (about 10 sq. m.) you will have you own small un-obstructed view of the beach and nearby islands. Flooring is made of bamboo and the walls as well.

You will unlimited access to the beach. There is also a small restaurant in the property that serves cold drinks and cooks fresh seafoods, meats, and veggies. Motorbikes, kayaks is available for rental. We also organize private island tours in Eastern El Nido area.

Being in a tropical environment, insects such as mosquitos, fireflies, dragon flies, and some other insects are common being a part of the natural ecosystem. It's better to have some insect repellant with you. As well as animals that feed on this insects like house lizzards, and gecko. Domesticated animals are also present nearby like chickens, turkey, dogs, cats, pigs, cows, carabao, and so on.
Cuyunon is the langauge commonly used by the folks in Tapik. Tagalog is widely spoken and basic English for most of the locals.
Visitors from most countries do not require a special visa, with stays of up to 21 days granted on arrival, provided that they have a valid ticket for their return or onward journey. Some information in the internet might help.
Its is always safer to bring some mosquito repellant lotions to protect against insect bites. No vaccinations are required unless you come from a cholera- or yellow fever-infected region, in which case a certificate of vaccination is required.
Philippines being a tropical and humid casual, lightweight clothing, ideally from natural fibres, is most comfortable. And don't forget to bring your swimming gears in case you decide to get wet.

Please use Globe or Touch Mobile SIM cards in Tapik. Other providers might not have the best reception.
Internet can be accessed in the village of Sibaltan, just a few minutes walk, with your smartphones using Globe network. Our apologies if we cannot provide you wifi internet as much as we want to. Trees are blocking the 3G signals
Philippine Pesos is the currency accepted but major currencies can also be accepted in Tapik. Note that there is no ATM terminals nearby and credit facilities are not available yet but we do accept (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) as a mode of payment. We also convert (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to Cash in case you run out of cash

Hi, real name is Voltaire. Me and my wife Floralina own and operate a small beach guest houses in East El Nido called Tapik Beach Park Guest House.
I use to work in the oil industry until i quit my job in 2016 to work full time with y business. I also organize island campings, eco tours. My residence is in Puerto Princesa, Palawan but I recently spend most of our time Tapik. We have a full staff that takes care of the place and guests.
