Our spacious Myrtle Beach condo (48th Ave.) is a quiet retreat @ Magnolia Pointe in the Myrtlewood Golf Club.
Well appointed w/contemporary style furnishings and comfortable beds. Queen, queen, 2 twins, comfy sofa. Kitchen is furnished with all cookware for a large meal. DVD library. WiFi. Pool (unheated) Spring - Fall.
Less than a mile from Broadway at the Beach. Sports fields and Coliseum only 3 miles.
Easy, free parking at building. Elevator. Kid friendly and dog approved.

Some of the condo's striking features include high ceilings, large open floor plan, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. You will find the furniture to be comfortable and modern.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots/pans, dishes. Everything needed for a gourmet meal or quick snack.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at our condo with prior approval. Pet fee is $25 per night up to 7 nights for the 1st dog. After 7 nights, a flat fee of $200. Plus add a $50 flat fee for a 2nd dog.
A dog walk greenway is provided at the building complex. The pet fee is not included in the quote and will be added after the reservation is confirmed.

Handicap parking in front of building, elevator, large rooms, spacious bedrooms, guest bathroom with 2 access doors, walk-in shower.

PARKING: Unlimited free parking in front of the building, unmarked spaces.
The lake... Includes a paved walk-around for jogging, walking or just watching nature. Fishing is not allowed at the community.
