This luxury penthouse loft is located in the heart of downtown Calgary, steps away from the LRT, Calgary tower, 17th Avenue, Stephen Avenue, and the saddledome.

Your private space features a 100 square foot balcony with views, an ensuite washer and dryer, fully stocked Kitchen and Pantry, Netflix enabled TVs in every room, a board game station, an Xbox, a parking stall, and a bicycle for you to get around.

Our huge open layout two bedroom one bathroom loft gives you your own space, with the heart of Calgary at your door.

The entire apartment is newly furnished with luxurious queen size beds featuring a memory foam mattresses to ensure you get your best sleep after a long day of taking in the best Calgary has to offer. Beside the bed is a charging station so that your electronics are always fully charged. Because honestly no one ever remembers to bring all the USB cords they need.

In our professionally designed living room the daybed converts into a king size bed for our extra guests! There is also a SmartTV available in every room, so you can chill and watch Netflix, Crave, or Amazon Prime (which we provide for you) You can stream your music through the wireless speaker. Or play Xbox with a category of over 75 games. There is also a collection of board games for you to use.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare your own meals including oven, fridge, pots, pans, coffee maker, french press, waffle maker, rice maker, and crockpot.

And to make your stay just a little easier, we stock these essentials for you:

There is one parking stall available for you to use, we can accommodate all sizes of vehicle.

Calgary's downtown core is the life-line of the city. It contains all of the major office towers, highlighted by the Bow, Brookfield Tower, and Bankers Hall.

It also contains major convention centers such as The Metropolitan, The Big Four, The Telus Convention Centre, and the BMO centre.

You'll also want to check out the Olympic Plaza which hosts a number of Calgary's major outdoor events including Canada Day.

The core is hugged by:

Kensington, a trendy recently revitalized neighbourhood on the north bank of the Bow River that blends old Calgary charm with the spirit of innovation which continues to reshape the city.

The Beltline, the best spot for a night out in Calgary, it contains the iconic Electric Avenue (11th & 12th Ave) which is lined with clubs and craft brew houses.

Inglewood, is Calgary's artisan district, its home to some of the cities coolest boutique shops and art galleries. Inglewood has recently become resident to a number of new micro-breweries. And has our favorite farmer's market open year round.

17th Ave, The Red Mile is the city's best place to take a stroll on a lazy afternoon, home to many eclectic coffee shops and world-class restaurants.

Using the LRT you are a quick train ride to the Saddledome, Stampede Grounds, McMahon Stadium, University of Calgary, SAIT, The Telus World of Science, and The Zoo.

Banff and Canmore the small mountain towns famous world wide for their natural beauty and stunning ski-hills, is a 70 min drive from our apartment. There are two bus depots with in walking distance of our apartment that will allow you to get out to the mountains.
