Via Jacques is like staying at your own private resort. Mid century styling but with all of the modern conveniences like renovated bathrooms and well appointed kitchen, plus poolside full bar. Fully fenced, all the amenities, even a garage for your car. If you're fortunate enough to own a Tesla, come and charge your car while you re-charge yourself in Via Jacques' enormous pool, which measures 33 feet by 15 feet.

No smoking please. In some, not all cases, I allow pets. Please ask me about this BEFORE a reservation is made. Guests agree to respect Palm Springs quiet time from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. and not use amplified outdoor music. Over-occupancy will result in removal from the property with no refund.
Jacques is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: Palm Springs Noise Ordinance
a.This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a noise ordinance that is strictly enforced by the local police as well as our Via Palm Springs property management team. All guests are required to maintain reasonable and respectful low noise levels - especially outdoors and in evening hours - in consideration of our neighbors. Violation will result in City fines or loss of lease.
b.Outdoor amplified music is prohibited by City Ordinance, so we suggest that you bring your personal headphones. No speaker or boom box of any kind is permitted outside the property. Please be aware that the City of Palm Springs enforces this policy.
c.Any unreasonable noise disturbances resulting in a call to our office from a neighbor, a visit by either the police or our office can result in a minimum $250 charge.
d.Any Loud or Large Party or over-occupancy of home is strictly prohibited - and will result in immediate loss of lease and forfeiture of security deposit. Daytime and overnight occupancy limits for the home are specified on page 1 section 3 Maximum Occupancy of this Confirmation and are strictly enforced.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses
7.PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
9.Firepit: The firepit is gas/lava rock. Please do not use when windy.
10.Fireplace: The fireplace in the home is fireglass. Do not place anything inside the fireplace—no cooking or burning of anything whatsoever. Do not allow children to touch the fireglass. A protective gate for the fireplace is available if young children are in your group.
11.Water and Sewer: The sewer system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sewer system, you could be charged damages of up to $1000.

12.Storms: No refunds will be given for storms

13.Guest agrees to follow departure instructions in the house folder regarding cleanliness upon departure, trash pick-up, etc.

This home is absolutely fabulous and met all of our expectations for our college roommate reunion. The space is exactly as pictured, but we were surprised by how many fun, unique spaces there are to hang out. It was great to have the grill available! The house is very clean and had everything we needed. Susan is a wonderful host who is a great communicator, responding quickly to my emails and flexible with our check in and check out timing. If we return to Palm Springs, we would definitely come here again!

Susie's place is lovely! Amazing pool and great house for entertaining! The patio in the back was wonderful with swings and hammocks to relax in and the BBQ and outdoor fridge is all you need for a weekend in palm springs.

This was our second stay at Via Jacque which was just as enjoyable as our first stay two years ago. We like the location, the house is spot-less and the yard / pool area offers sun, shade and privacy. Its a short walk to the restaurants and other attractions of Palm Springs so an excellent location in a quite residential area on the north end of town. Recommended.

Susie made our experience easy and incredibly smooth from the start. She was friendly, immediately responded to our request, and was very thorough and helpful. The location can't be beat if you are looking to be in the center of the shopping, bars and restaurants on Palm Canyon. The home is depicted accurately in the photos; the bedrooms and living room area are comfortable, and we appreciated the black out shades! The yard/pool area are amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and spa, along with the very nice fire pit! Overall a very nice stay and a very accommodating host.

I love being a host to my guests and I love sharing Palm Springs, Via Jacques and Via Miraleste with visitors. I have been renting out Via Miraleste since 2010 after major renovations and Via Jacques since 2013 also after major renovations. Ask me about all of the Best of Palm Springs--restaurants, hikes, nightlife, golf--even ask me about mundane things like good car rental places and grocery stores. Cheers!
