This is a comfortable room on the 26th floor , large lliving area and kitchen with a view of the Capital Building and Osmena Circle and a comfortable upstairs bedroom and bath area . There is a security safe and washer and dryer in the unit and a comfortable bed with two cold air conditioning systems

There is a Starbucks located in the complex and two swimming pools. An interesing place to workout is a 500 meter walk down "Jones/Osmena " to Abelleana sports complex. The entrance fee is 10 pesos and it is primarily for walking from 4am in the morning until. The sports teams practice here.

Mango Street with the night life is also a 500 meter walk and a supermarket is less than a 100 meters in Robinsons .

We also have a guest house in Moalboal that we share primarily for divers or snorkelers and has a reasonable price . Your welcome to inquire for more details.

We do not have access to parking but if you are driving a car or a motorbike a reasonable parking fee can be arranged with management by obtaining a letter from our office for longer stays

We have a guest house in Moalboal that is inexpensive to avail of and a nice place to hang out if interested in scuba diving or snorkeling et cetera . There are also a lot of freedivers in this town . Come by or call us to learn more .

Long term is defined as 28 days or longer . The electric cost is not included in the discounted long term booking price ( about 50% discount.)

We will send a request for a 300 dollar electricity deposit payment via Airbnb's Resolution Center prior to check in.

These funds will be applied to the guest electric bill after 28 days This is the easiest way to exchange funds and involves no cash or commissions. The balance of the electric deposit will be returned via the Airbnb Resolution Center as well.

The electric cost for this unit can vary between 5 to as high as 18k depending on how much time you spend in the unit , the time of year , and if you run both units.

Our reviews don't reflect any guest feeling they were
taken advantage of but guest usage varies a great deal , this allows us to provide a lower long term price as the utilities are not an issue for us regarding pricing for long term guest ( 28 days or longer)

By collecting the electric payment before the tenant moves in we accomplish two additional things . a. Prevent any misunderstandings regarding who will pay the the electric bill for long terms stays b. Having the payment on hand allows us to quickly read the meter and return the balance before departure . ( For early departures we will read the meter the day prior and may or may not pro rate the over night stay depending upon the usage amount )

We just replaced 3 big cooling systems with two smaller Panasonic inverter systems. Inquire if you have questions regarding this matter but we are pretty good about reading the meter and haven't had any problems thus far. ( March 2017)

The unit is really amazing and the view is unbeatable! We spent there 1 week and it's really worth it. John is always there in case you need something and he is a really good host. I would book it again without a doubt!

The layout and rooms were terrific - better than my high expectations, and the view was incredible. The staff could not have been nicer. The location has all sorts of amenities that I didn't discover immediately, but made the location even nicer. Loved it ... and would recommend it to anyone going to stay in Cebu.

The unit is very modern and comfortable. The location is very convenient, right down town. The pool is great. Checking in and checking out and other communication was very efficient.

My wife and I have stayed several times in Airbnb rentals. This place, in particular, was by far the best. Clean, very functional, and extremely tranquil, comfortable, with a breathtaking view. My suggestion, look no further than this spacious condo, or any others that John has to offer.

I travel a lot and two of the very best locations I have ever stayed at were with John and Company in Cebu City. Everything, and I mean everything - location, accommodations, cleanliness, service, amenities - everything was superb. But as an added plus the personnel are the truly amazing part. I am old and worldly and have seen a lot, but your host John is truly one of the most interesting and gracious gentlemen I have met in sixty five laps around the sun. Additionally, each of the staff members I dealt with this trip (Dianne, Joey and Rochelle) was competent, courteous, prompt and a truly delightful person. I can not praise John and Company highly enough.

Hands down one of the nicest places to stay in Cebu. On the high end but well worth every penny.
