Claudia und ihr Sohn waren sehr nett und haben auf Fragen schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sauber und hell und ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der U-Bahn Station entfernt. In der ganzen Wohnung sind unzählige Raumdüfte und Duftspender verteilt, was auf Dauer etwas anstrengend war. Die Matratzen im Bett waren extrem hart, so dass wir nach der ersten Nacht auf die Schlafcouch umziehen mussten. Wir waren nur zu zweit, daher ging das glücklicherweise. Ansonsten hat alles gut geklappt.

The apartment is close to the Metro A stop Ponte Lungo. It's easy to get to the main tourist attractions. It's great for two to three people. It's a very quiet street but close to restaurants. The host is great. Anytime I needed her, she responded very quickly!

We had the pleasure of staying in Claudia's apartment for a month. It is in a nice location, very quiet and close to shops. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. The restaurant around the corner called 'pomodoro' does the best buffalo mozzarella pizza in Rome! Claudia is a great host- she gave great recommendations on things to do in Rome which were slightly less high profile than places such as the Vatican. She communicated well with us and she was always very helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare nella casa di Claudia per un intero mese , l'appartamento è davvero luminoso, grande e molto pulito. La posizione è ottima! Infatti è a due passi dalla metro A e a pochissimi minuti dalla stazione Tuscolana ,collegata a sua volta con metro b e fiumicino . Inoltre con circa 10 minuti di camminata si arriva anche alla metro C ,stazione lodi ! Inoltre a pochi passi a pieni si trova un supermercato aperto 24h su 24!!! Claudia si è dimostrata fin da subito to una persona molto solare ,disponibile e attenta. Se cercate un appartamento luminoso accogliente e davvero ben collegato lo consiglio vivamente. Grazie Claudia!

O apartamento é bem cuidado, com máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar roupa, aquecedor e utensílios de cozinha. No quarto, o diferencial é que tem secador de cabelo, guarda roupa grande com ombreiras e uma mesinha de leitura. O metrô a cinco minutos e ônibus a dois minutos. Quem gosta de andar a pé, é possível chegar aos pontos turísticos em 40 minutos caminhando e conhecendo a cidade. Tem dois supermercados próximos, farmácias, cafés e pizzarias. Tem uma varandinha para ver a cidade e elevador no prédio. Na frente tem uma peixaria e um quiosque que vende frutas e verduras. O apartamento é moderno, fácil de limpar. Cláudia é muito atenciosa, sempre responde as mensagens e é muito simpática.

Appartamento in posizione strategica vicinissimo alla stazione Tuscolana. La Signora Claudia Sabina è persona molto cordiale, precisa e meticolosa, sempre disponibile e reperibile per qualunque evenienza. Una soluzione di alloggio temporaneo a Roma da tenere in considerazione anche in futuro.

Claudia è stata gentilissima, sempre reperibile: le indicazioni per arrivare alla casa sono state dettagliate e precise, e lei così gentile da venire in stazione tuscolana ad aiutarmi con i bagagli. Il quartiere è residenziale e tranquillo, vicinissimo sia a treni che metro.
