With the large windows in this space it features one of the most gorgeous views of Rorie street, especially at night. This view will take you back to over 100 years ago with the downtown buildings and street light fixtures. This 100-year-old property is also designated as a Heritage Building (You'll be staying in a piece of history!).

This suite is unique as it offers massive windows in the living area and the bedroom. This loft in sunny and bright during the day and at night, it displays beautiful views of the downtown. For guest privacy, there are blinds on both windows. These blinds are simple to operate and provide privacy. For light sensitive sleepers, there are black out blinds to ensure you have a restful sleep.


Here are a few THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting this loft:

1 - This unit is in a residential area, so NO PARTIES are permitted in this property at all times during your stay.

2 - The BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD. Although there was a lot of time and detail put into constructing this unit, the nature of the building can allow for noise travel from other units. We don’t personally find this a bother, but a noise sensitive guest may. We do provide sanitary packaged ear plugs within the unit if need be!
Like any other older buildings, the walls can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Winnipeg. That said, it's not something that bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 10h00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a local, you should love your stay.

3 - Parking is free on the street from 5:30pm till 8:30am on weekdays. Saturday parking is free for two hours... So! If you arrive on a Friday evening you can park on the street until 10:30am Saturday morning! Sunday is completely free! Holidays are completely free as well! If there is holiday parking we will kindly remind you of this! Alternatively, you can park in a paid lot and there are plenty within the surrounding area. We find it most convenient to download “PayByPhone” app. This way guests can extend their parking time remotely.

****NO PARTIES, EXCESSIVE NOISE OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS*** (There is a zero tolerance for loud noise in this unit, or any type of party taking place. Noise complaints will result in a $200.00 charge as we get fined and the building residents are disturbed. The building has a security guard that walks up and down the halls to ensure safety and report high levels of noise or any disturbances. In the event a party is taking place, security will notify us and you will be asked to leave the premises)

* If you intend on booking this unit to have any form of a party or loud gathering we recommend to not book this unit. We will be notified, evict immediately and fine for offenders*

* This unit is meant for quiet enjoyment.

* On some occasions we will have a parking pass available for rent at $14 daily that is in a 24.7 parking lot. If you are interested in this please kindly inquire and we will check its availability!
