This sprawling 2-level, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, large formal living room, internet/wifi, cable TV, washer & dryer, two interior gardens, 4 working fire places and two terraces with spectacular views of all three of Antigua’s local volcanoes.
Secured parking is on premise. Weekly cleaning & gardening is included, and there is a personal chef/cook and private car/driver available for guests at an extra cost.
The home is currently available to rent by the month, the week or by the day (2 nite minimum). Holiday Rates apply for Christmas, New Year and Holy Week (Semana Santa).

Published Rental Rates are for 4 people or less.
A $60 electric surcharge is charged (per person/weekly) for a 5th, 6th or 7th guest.
($10pp/daily if stay is less than a week)
Guests are expected to be responsible and take good care of the house. NO PETS and NO SLEEPING ON SOFAS IN THE LIVING ROOM. Rental prepayment is required to reserve the house. 50% is due when booking, with the full balance due 30 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations 30 days or less from the arrival date. A 50% refund for cancellations made with more than 30 days notice.
