Unfortunately I didn't find the house in conditions to be rented. It was REALLY dirty and I wasn't pleased to find used condoms while I was tidying the place up or an used waxing kit inside the microwave or lots of hair blocking the bath, etc. and I could continue. When I asked Sarah if I could get a refund of the "cleaning fee", because of course I found it totally unfair to pay if I had to be cleaning the place and find things like that, she (far away of helping me) told me to find another place to stay and she would refund the days I had left. Crazy to find a new accommodation in Paris for the next three nights adding an stress I didn't need just because she didn't want to refund only 20 euros. For me it wasn't the money, is what I found unfair and even more unfair after she told me if was better I find something else. She recognized that the place wan't in conditions and that she haven't checked the apartment at all before renting it to me, so That was even more crazy to know that she admitted this and didn't want to do anything for me but taking me out of her place. I had Airbnb resolving this conflict and after me sending all the pics that proved the conditions of the house, what I found and what happened they refunded me the cleaning fee and some money. I wouldn't recommend it, is not just for the dirty apartment is just because if you ever stay there and have any kind of conflict she doesn't seem to be willing to help find a solution at all. At least that is what she showed me.
