Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1400 sf condominium in Park City. Our home is half of a duplex, and is managed with personal care by local professionals (not one of the large condo complexes managed by a large rental management company). Quiet and private.

We purchased this property primarily for our own use so it is comfortable and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, dishes, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, and everything you need for in-house meals. The bedrooms are well-decorated and large enough (large master bedroom with vaulted ceiling and queen-size bed, 140 sf bedroom with queen-size bed; 110 sf bedroom with twin beds) to be comfortable. You will find cotton linens and towels, humidifiers in each bedroom, plenty of hangers in the closets, hair dryer, iron, etc. Our unit is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, sound system, high speed wireless internet, and a private hot tub.
No access to garage but parking is available in the driveway.

For winter guests, I'd be happy to offer recommendations for where to ski (for those in your group at any ability level). For summer guests, there are lots of activities that we can recommend (hiking, mountain biking, scenic drives, street fairs and farmers markets, music festivals and free music). Regardless of the time of year, we'd be happy to point you to our favorite restaurants, bars, and shops in town. For some of our recommendations, take a look at the map at the bottom of this listing.

I started skiing with my family in 1969. I have since been an avid skier and have always wanted to own a place like this, just down the street from the ski slopes. The photo shows me skiing here in Utah a few years ago, first run of the morning after a typical Utah powder dump. I ski regularly with my family (my wife, my two daughters, my brother and his two sons, my father, and my 4 step-children). I taught my two daughters to ski and they now follow me down the double black diamond runs. My dad, now almost 80, is right there with us. We had been coming here to Park City for ski vacations, which led us to buy property here.
We decided to buy this particular condo, of all the places for sale in Park City, for several reasons. It is convenient, just blocks from the center of town with easy access to all 3 ski resorts. It is quiet and private. It is half of a duplex which makes it feel more like a home than a "unit" in a large complex. In spite of the convenient location, it is very quiet. We are far enough from Deer Valley Dr (the main road from town to Deer Valley) that there is very little traffic noise. Our unit is in the back of the duplex so the deck (with hot tub) is private. There are no shared walls with the other unit in the duplex and nobody living above (or below) us. And finally, it's really a nice place, very pleasant.
